When checking out in the lumber department, I expressed concern that I had an online quote for $2.48 per board, and was being charged $3.96. The saleswoman couldn't have been less concerned, and sighed and basically said, "Do you want them, or not!! WORST SERVICE I'VE HAD IN A LONG TIME!!!

When ever I come to the tigard HD I always see friendly and very helpful workers.

What happened to 4002? Use to be a great place to shop. Now you can only get one lumber cart by Pro. They fired all the cashiers and put in self check out. Only the cashiers say hello. The rest of the staff in the aisles treat you like you were a leper.

It is easy to say that the installers that installed my new windows were outstanding. They were polite, professional, arrived on time and worked very effectively. They also respected our home, cleaning up nicely after each day of work. They were a pleasure to work with and did a wonderful job.

I called for a GE Humidifier APHL50LB on which the website said 'limited stock.' There's one remaining I was told, it was set aside, and I drove an hour through a storm to pick it up. On arriving back at my destination, I found I had been given GE Humidifier ADHL50LB which has no built-in pump

I went to the Tigard Home Depot because they were the closest branch to me, and am I happy for that. Very helpful and friendly staff and well stocked shelves. Besides home improvement materials, I often shop there for jewelry making supplies.

Mike and Adrianna are awesome. Had an issue with a vanity purchase, they went above and beyond to resolve it. It’s the kind of customer service you hope for at a retailer, thank you Adrianna and Mike!

Bill helped us find our faucet and the fitting that will work with the piping in our house. He was so helpful and we absolutely would come back! I even joked to my husband that it’s a good thing we bought the wrong thing at first because we wouldn’t have met Bill today and received the amazing help!

I wouldn't have a usable kitchen sink for Thanksgiving if it hadn't been for the manager of the kitchen/plumbing department. Thank you!

Was looking for a newer item from Milwaukee and have been to 5 different Home Depot’s while out in the field looking for one, asked employees at those locations and was unable to locate said item. Employees here found the item in the back on a pallet and I was able to purchase the item finally. Generally clean store, been here multiple times and always has friendly staff and is clean, generally no long lines other than customer service.

Brad is an employee that should be the example on how all employees should be!! Thank you.

I called the store to find a hard-to-find toolbox. I called to verify that one was in stock and Mike physically checked and called me back. He then arranged to have it pulled off a rack and ready for pickup. When I arrived to pick it up, Wes and James were already prepared and had it ready with a forklift to put in my truck. The efficiency and professionalism were impressive!

WE SHOPPED FOR APPLIANCES AT ANOTHER BOX STORE BUT WERE DISAPPOINTED IN THE HELP WE RECEIVED. AT THE HOME DEPOT STORE IN TIGARD WE FOUND EXTRORDINARY HELP AND A LARGE ASSORTMENT TO CHOOSE FROM. THE STORE WAS SPOTLESS AND WELL LAID OUT. EASY TO FIND WHAT WE NEEDED AND TO FIND THE HELP WE WANTED WHEN WE NEEDED IT. THE EMPLOYEES WE DEALT WITH WERE KNOWLEDGABLE, HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. THEY DIDN’T SEEM TO MIND OUR SIMPLISTIC QUESTIONS. THANKS FOR THE GREAT EXPERIENCE.

Wide selection of paints, tools, light bulbs, bins, lumber.

This location is large and has a robust selection. However, it is the kind, knowledgeable, and readily available staff that makes it my go-toHome Depot (even though it is not the closest to my home)

The Tigard Home Depot has been here for decades, and there's a good reason why: great selection, wonderful and helpful staff, and in a great location in town. This is always my first stop when I need something for my home!

We were checking out and looking for a discount coupon on our phone. We were not able to locate it but the cashier was able to give us the discount anyway. I thought this was above and beyond and we were very thankful.

Recently bought our new washer and dryer. The installers came at the exact time promised and did a great job of installation. No issues whatsoever.

Help from the employees and finding what I needed was bar none I've never been in the store that helped me like this before I stopped going two other stores for my hardware needs supplies
