It was very helpful do you have Managers visible on the floor, especially the general manager.

This location is very clean, well organized, well-stocked and all of the employees are both helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire store. Clearly this location is well-managed.

I bought product and the product was not in its original packaging the packaging which was original was torn and crushed no bagging was provided to keep the order intact. What a mess. Customer service did not make me feel welcome but more of a burden for them. I do not recommend shopping at Home Depot.

The staff at rental service was extremely knowledgeable and helpful when selecting the correct size & use trailer. The price for 4 hrs was extremely reasonable.

I had the BEST shopping experience on this visit: While I was checking out the gas grilles, a gentleman stopped by & asked if I needed any help. This employee helped me review the grilles that were available. The one I liked had a little rust damage, from being outside for awhile. George reached out to the manager, and got it marked down for me. He helped me load the grille into in my van. WOW: George provided great service. He was very polite. And he made absolutely sure that I was one happy customer. Kudos to George! Kudos to the manager who recognized his great talent & hired him! I have had similar experiences with other team members at the Timonium store. I'm looking forward to my next visit !!

great place to get your DYI and home repair materials and tools for any occasion.

Special order flooring was damaged upon pickup. Associated who proceeded my return didn’t seem like she wanted to be there, didn’t ask if I would accept the damaged flooring at a discount (as it was just one panel and now delayed my project) and didn’t offer any assistance in reordering. Upon me asking about reordering, she said she already proceeded the return and passed me off to another associate. Second associate was very helpful and processed the reorder but said it would have been much easier had the first associate reordered prior to refunding.

I always get great service at the Timonium Home Depot. The employees are very helpful and I almost always can find somebody to help me.

I find the employees at this store to be especially helpful & friendly. When I am looking for an item, they will guide me to exactly where I should go. (Even if it's a different department.) The check-out staff has always been really great. If I'm returning something, I'm treated well - even if I might be missing my receipt. I'm looking forward to my next visit.

The employees and the selection in all departments is great.The garden shop in particular is simply over the top. Large selection of shrubs and trees suited for the local environment.

I had a cashier threaten me at this store. The recording of the incident at the register was reviewed and it was determined that I was abused by the employee. The store manager offered me 10% off my next store purchase as a customer satisfaction remedy. What’s going on with our country?

To the best of my knowledge I have never bought a refrigerator, unless it was 40+ years ago. I went in, found the refrigerators, looked around with a sales person (Sami) and she showed me one or two I liked. She gave me some paperwork to take home. I went back the next a.m., told her I couldn't buy the $1700 fridge, but what else does she have? It's a simple freezer on top; refrigerator on the bottom. It will suit me just fine and I bought it. The entire transaction went very smoothly.
