Unfortunately this store was out of stock for a product I wanted. Cindy, at customer service, not only found another store that had the product but she volunteered to pick it up for me since it was available at a store near her home! She went above and beyond! Cindy gave the best customer service, with a smile, that I have ever received! She's a treasure! Thank you!

Cleanliness was above average to great. Customer service was OUTSTANDING. Look for "Vic" in the center of the store near the power tools. That guy has a knowledge of product, a knowledge of product application, and an overall home improvement acumen that is unparalleled by any other Home Depot employee I've ever come across. Check out was quick and friendly. Overall very positive experience here and I will come back for my future home improvement purchases. Thanks guys.

I visit your store often because of the location's. I often find it easy to get what I am looking for. I have a family full of contractor's and your store is recommended for what I need to do very often.

This Home Depot has a vast inventory. If you need something, often it takes finding someone to help find it (and reach it). The employees are usually very friendly.. I have sometimes had problems finding an available employee,. On the weekends, there are plenty of employees (along with plenty of customers). Best not to go during a lunch "break" or a "shift change'.. I can usually count on finding what I need at this Home Depot. I would recommend any one looking for practically any thing to shop here.

While at the store and after purchasing many tools I was accosted by in who was so helpful and so charming and her demeanor she actually helped me take the tools out of the packaging they were in there were so many I had purchased a tool box to put them in and she help me put them in the toolbox her personality was second to none only to the person who invited me as I came in the store the fellow had a large nose but was so helpful and smiled so broadly I couldn't help but think my goodness this is the place for me to shop.

Nessa at self check out helped me out because I left my wallet in the car and instead of me dragging the kids about out to the car to come right back, she held them for me at self checkout. I was surprised to find them laughing and playing because my wo year old doesn't stay still for anybody. She is very friendly and helpful and pointed me in the right direction for everything that I needed. Thank you Nessa!!!!!!!

They have the best staff in the Baltimore area.

Could not get assistance in the lawnmower department. Another customer and I teamed up to help each other out rather then wait for assistance. My expectations were not very high so I was not disappointed. Checkout and loading my purchase were great.

Always find what I'm looking for but if I have a question I have always had someone guide me in the right direction. People are friendly and willing to help.

Excellent customer service! The sales associate walked me over to where the product I needed was and then took the time to discuss the available sizes. When the size I wanted proved to be out of stock, she offered the next larger size at the same cost as the smaller would have been. She then walked me up to the register and explained to the cashier to give me a discount. The cashier was also very friendly. I will definitely be back!
