These lawn and leaf bags are incredible, makes cleaning up my yard so much easier!!

I went to Home Depot with my mom and dad. My mom needed a spray bottle for cleaning oops off of the floor. (Don’t ask where the ‘oops’ come from) A really nice lady helped her find it. Then we went and bought a toilet. Cause they don’t have to go outside when they potty! That snow is cold on the tush so they are luuucky!! But back to the nice people at the store… They shopped for a few other things and I spent my time in the cart learning to behave when being greeted by strangers. I REALLY like getting to go inside with them. I saw this round thing on a desk and thought it looked like fun. My mom asked if it was for sale cause she said I had been so good I could have a treat. The people behind the desk said it was the last one and that I could have it. BEST DAY EVER!! My mom says it is polite to always say thank you so this is me, Oakley, saying “Thank you Home Depot”. P.S. If you get an indoor doggy toilet, let them know cause ya’ know snow on the tushy isn’t fun…

From the ProDesk staff to the cash register operators, the people were welcoming. They could have used the phrase "Welcome to your Home Depot Store. The items I ordered were pulled and ready on time.

The customer service desk was very professional and polite. I appreciate that she took the time to let me know the different options.

Purchased garden soil bags for a landscaping project. The store had plenty of the product on hand, at a great price and they were very helpful.

I had a couple home projects I was working on. I needed help in the paint dept. as well as the hardware area. Employees in both sections were friendly and helpful. When I was stop[ped by an employee he ask if I needed help. I did, and he proceeded to escort me to the aisle I needed and specific item selection for what I was looking forward. Very helpful!!

Been shipping at this store for 6 yrs in topeka, ks. It went from a total wreck to a pretty good place to shop. Seems that recently it has gone back to confused and congested aisles as before with product displays that make no sense for a home improvement store.

My husband and I made several trips to our local Home Depot store looking at appliances for our new home build. On one of our trips we had the pleasure to speak with Kevin sales person #KLD4002. Kevin was very friendly and took time to discuss the options that were available and helped us with bundling. When returning to the store we asked for his help and will continue with any future purchases. He was great to work with. Thank you

Kevin help me pick out the correct refrigerator. He took the time and really listen to me and he explained everything. He was wonderful in my eyes. He gets a gold star for the month no the year.

I had a list of things to buy for a sub box install, and was greeted by a associate that helped me think thru all the items I would need, suggested way to save money, and offered to cut conduit for me. He was very thorough and knew this stuff! I was very pleased and would highly recommend him. Thanks Tom!

It would be nice if Home Depot would be more observant how some of their retailers treat buyers of their products. Panasonic was hard to deal with, actually wasn't able to follow up on anything they told me.

I purchased a new saw after rigid said they could not help me with warrenty. The manager took the time to check my purchase from a year before, and made my new purchase a great experience. Thanks for all concerned.

This store needs to get some lower priced items. Wanted a simple white kitchen faucet, but none to found just expensive shiny brand name ones.

Bought a washer dryer set from Kevin. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He helped us find the set we wanted without directing us to something he wanted us to buy or didn’t need. Extremely happy. I would see him again if we needed any major purchase at Home Depot . He made out shopping easier .

It would be nice to have more than one restroom. The long walk to get there sometimes ends with an accident in my pants. Maybe add one up close to the garden center as a second location.
