This Home Depot store could serve as a training ground for all Menard's and Lowe's new employees. Seriously.

Venessa is an associate in doors and windows and is very knowledgable about the products that are available and precise with the needed measurement to make sure the right size is ordered.

Brenda,and Yami at Customer Service were outstanding during last day Black Friday sales and the young guys loading mulch were very helpful, pleasant,and professional.

This store does not accept my Kansas Drivers License that states " Veteran " on it as a valid Military ID. Even though the state of Kansas requires Veterans to provide their DD 214 for this designation

The customer service at the Topeka Home Depot is second to none. The staff are friendly, helpful and community-minded. They went above and beyond any of our expectations in supporting our son's Eagle Scout project. We are grateful.

The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. It's nice being able to go into a store year after year and keep seeing the same persons.

If you are going anywhere else for your hardware, woodworking, or home improvement needs, you're simply wasting your time. Home Depot, period.

The store was well organized and the most important thing we noticed is the number of older employees who were very helpful and knowledgeable on the products and where we could fine it. They went above and beyond being helpful compared to other Home Deport store we have shopped at. We have always had great products from Home Depot and will continue to visit for our home projects.

The Topeka HomeDepot store is very friendly. It is a clean store and easy to find what your looking for. If you can't find what your looking for, just ask one of the sales helpful personnel. I know first hand how great Brady in appliances is. He and his manager went way above and beyond to help and solve the stove problem I had. For me, I will always uses this store.

employees were friendly and helpfull. I saved over $1000 ordering my granite countertops for my kitchen through home depot then through the company that installed my kitchen cabinets. They had better selection as well. we have been doing a full home remodel and it has been very easy to return items when needed. will continue to use home depot for our continuous projects.

No service at register = no return visit from me. Some people like self check out. I do not.

Hard to shop here, don't have alot to choice from, was looking for bathroom things, stuff etc.

I usually have good experiences in this store. However, my last visit was a disappointment. I waited over 15 minutes for help with a tile purchase due to a few reasons; one, the tile aisle was blocked for a good 5-7 minutes so a large item in the aisle over could be removed from a shelf, and two, only one associate was available to help (on a Saturday morning!) Then, there were only 2 boxes of the tile I needed. I ordered more and asked if I'd be contacted once the tile came in. I was told I was responsible for calling in periodically to see if the shipment had come in or not. On a good note, the front desk associates and cashiers were great!

SERVICE DEPT. AND RETURNS ARE OFTEN UNSTAFFED OR UNDER-STAFFED.

I often need wood cut to my specific needs. The saw at Home Depot always is operational. Loews saw seems to be broken most of the time and Menards doesn't even have a saw.

Needed a new refrigerator and we were very happy that even though we live outside of Topeka we still got free delivery and for only $15 they would haul off our old refrigerator to recycle! Employees were all very friendly and willing to answer our questions.

Awesome staff!! All around from the Pro Desk to Gardening and in-between... I have had the experience of working at least 15 staff and professional/members from this facility for the past 80days... I am impressed and amazed at the great attitudes, knowledge and services...

I had a great experience at this store. Employee helped with answers to our questions on tile. We returned based on the previous Visit and purchased the tile needed
