We quite literally are in Home Depot several times each and every week. It is not only a convenient location, being only one mile from our home, with convenient hours but also generally has everything we are needing. The staff is almost always stellar with a small exception with Customer Service (not always outwardly welcoming which makes me question who I am supposed to approach for assistance which leads me to feel as if I am interrupting them; additionally, there is not generally a sense of urgency with finding scanners, paper, etc to resolve the question/issue). However, today was a great experience! While Customer Service today was still not initially welcoming (there were four associates behind the desk with no customers, I still had to interrupt them to begin conversation in order to get assistance), they were mostly friendly and as helpful as they could be which quickly made me disregard the unwelcomed start. Most days, if I have a question while shopping - I generally have to hunt someone down but today I had three different associates approach me offering their assistance. Perhaps I looked confused today :) but this was incredibly helpful as I was able to ask questions, get a quick answer and move on to the next item! I realize that most days when I am chasing someone down with my question, it is because they are incredibly busy; the store was definitely full of folks today so I felt that the associates were taking extra care with all customers. This is just beyond appreciated! I truly value amazing customer service and friendliness like this. Then to wrap up an already successful trip, we had two different transactions at checkout that were not the fastest (sorry, other customers!) but Nenah was quick to take care of us plus everyone else to keep the line moving. With our two transactions, she aided with military discount scans, updates to the kiosk as it halted randomly at particular items (requesting birth dates), questions on pricing, and more! She was truly a fantastic addition to our experience as she was on the ball, friendly, incredibly helpful and handled every customer, ourselves and all of our updates with grace. Customer service is not only important in the beginning and throughout the shopping experience, but perhaps most important at the very end! Thanks for the incredible customer service friendliness!

Home Depot has always been a store I enjoy buying items for my home.

Very poor service. There was only one cashier in the store at 5:15 pm on Sunday June 21, 2020. The lines were very long at the self service check-outs, and only one down at the loading area. I would not recommend this store to anyone in the future.

My visit and purchase at Home Depot was during the Covid virus concern and was very appreciative that the store and the clerks were being attentive to customer's welfare and health.

The store was dirty especially for the covid times. I was told I could call in to cancel a washing machine I had ordered. When I called in they said I had to come to the store. It would be nice if they would get their stories straight.

The store had our product we wanted and at a good price. The employee was awesome.

Horrible customer service. I'd like to thank the employee who was too lazy to help me find a cart to get my mower from the shelf to the cash register. Carrying that heavy box was a great workout. I'm sure that's not why my back has been sore since. I really appreciated your inability to speak in complete sentences. Do you grunt and shrug to all of your customers?

I am tired of getting no help in this store!

Had to walk all over the store to find someone to help me. Approaching two separate employees and was told they couldn't help me nor did they have communication devices to call for help. Finally walked to front register and the cashier assisted me in getting what I needed. Social distancing may work better if customers didn't have to walk all over the store trying to find help. I initially planned on getting what I needed and getting out but had to do a great deal more because the product I needed required store assistance to get. Not a very positive experience with this store.

Good morning to you home Depot I want to say if you hire young teenagers that r 16,17,18,19 would you train them on how to treat customers and teach them how to drive the forklifts

Angie at the service desk is a disgrace to customer service. The delivery I had set up took forever and she was not helpful or friendly.

Ordered electrical product on line, they had 4 in stock. Paid for them on line. Got to store order wasn't ready. Then they proceeded to tell me they didn't have any in stock. Their suggestion was to call in next time. Why have a website if it doesn't work.

Their customer service counter is spectacular. Most of the employees are helpful and cheerful. There are a couple with poor attitudes and not so helpful but overall a great team there!

I have 4 different big name hardware stores to choose from in this city and found this Home Depot has the best selection, with consistently available and helpful sales clerks. My shopping there is rewarding in that I always find what I'm looking for plus this store has very pleasant and personable sales clerks to help me on my way (I'm old) so I never hesitate to patronize this store with my hardware shopping needs. Thank you for being YOU!

We can always find assistance in this store. All the employees are great to help you in whatever you're looking for. They always have what we're looking for and the store is always clean.

There was not even one cashier. Everyone was required to use self check-out. This is unacceptable.

I decided to try buy online pick up in store. Since it’s really hard to get customer service at the store. I tried the online ordering, two hours later I went in to pick up one item. My order was not ready. I was told my order would be filled faster if I went to get it off the shelf. Not for sure why they would offer the service if they don’t have adequate enough employees to perform the services. I will not be buying online to pick up in store anymore.

This store is staffed with exceptional associates who are always courteous and helpful.

Jessica at Customer Service is extremely friendly, great customer service and knowledgeable. She goes the extra mile to help. Steve and Blaine in Kitchen Cabinets, countertop and appliances are personable and knowledgeable as well.

Clean store with excellent customer service. Easy to locate grills and received prompt assistance with a smile from associate. Cashier was friendly, helpful and efficient.

This store is always well organized and the employees are always willing to help. When you see them they greet you and ask if you need help finding anything.

This trip to the Home Depot store was quite a bit better than the last three that I have had. This might be because I came in before 5 PM and there were employees there. I do not recommend going in after 5 PM if you’re looking for customer service. The store was a little cleaner and I received service in 10 minutes instead of 30-45 minutes.

Went to the store to get concrete, I asked somebody in building materials to help me. They informed me that he was helping another customer, which I thought was great. They never showed back up to help me after 30 minutes. They had the isles in front of the pro desk all blocked off and barricaded with cages. You couldn’t even get to the checkout stand. I spent over a hour in the store to check out and to get loaded. They are poorly understaffed and most of them act like it’s a big problem when you ask for help.

My delivery didn’t show on 1/31 as scheduled. I hadn’t heard anything from the store and had to call literally all day to get answers. I was promised next day delivery. That evening at 8pm I was told my delivery would be missing my closet doors but they would come Monday and everything else is coming tomorrow. The following day, despite my request for a window of time for delivery, none could be provided. When I asked for an hour notice for delivery, I received 25 minutes. My front and back doors were listed on the delivery confirmation but not on the truck. I called the store, the delivery drivers left them in the loading zone. All in all awful horrible unorganized service.
