The Pro Desk at Topsham HD is outstanding. Dustin and Sherri are amazing. I don’t know what I’d do without them. They help my business run smoothly and efficiently.

Have always had good luck at HD.

This is the best experience I’ve had at Home Depot. Never had to look for help , they were there on the spot. Other stores you have to look around for 10-20 minutes before you find someone to help you. Home Depot has stepped up the game. Very happy.

I usually go to Home Depot for all my BEHR paint. I also love the garden selection when it’s time for planting. Home Depot is my go to for all home and garden needs. The staff is always friendly.

Dylan St.Amour helped me in the Brunswick, ME to build cellular shades for multiple windows. He was awesome. I asked so many questions and went back in forth in selections I might want. He was patient and helpful throughout the entire process. I would definitely name him for employee of the quarter or whatever you folks do. I can't tell you how much I appreciated him and I can be difficult to please. Thanks so much Dylan!

He help buy a washer and dry. He has great working skills. Very polite and helpful.

Went in looking for a vacuum cleaner, thought we'd be more or less on our own. But we were helped by a very friendly and personable gentleman who asked us about our needs and helped us sort through all the options. Not pushy or sales-y, just very helpful and attentive. Ended up buying a machine that we're happy with.

By and large, this store hires very good people to work there. Our experiences are usually enjoyable. The gentleman at the rental desk, not sure of his name, but he rekeyed 5 Schlage locks for me despite being involved in rebuilding a piece of equipment at the time. He was very personable. The people at the customer service desk are also excellent. I find that the employees who like people tend to find their niche at the Topsham Home Depot and I look forward to seeing their familiar faces. "RJ" in electrical is another one who is pleasure to deal with and very knowledgeable.

Store Ailes are too full of floor merchandise. Especially main way down the length of store in front of customer service desk to cash registers. Not enough space to navigate past people with a cart or with dogs. I walked through store with trim molding 8 feet long had a hard turn from trim aisles to register. Some aisles always closed during day for for lifts and shelf sticking. These things should be done at night.

Special order products are often received with damage forcing reorders and delayed projects. HD should ensure there are consequences to trucking companies when orders are damaged. Reference H2410-171800 and related reorders.

I needed to order a couple windows - that day - and it went easier than I hoped. I know a few HD's very well, and this one wowwed me.

The Pro Desk manager Sherry is very helpful and the service I’ve received has been excellent. Been very happy on the promptness of her response to my emails and her assistant in getting me the best price available. I’ve worked with Dustin there as well and he’s very professional and has been great to work with. I’d definitely recommend them.

We were able to find the exact flooring we were looking for in stock and at a good price

I was looking for some light bulbs that should have been an easy task, but the ones I was looking for had been pushed back on the shelf, and had other bulbs placed in front of them. Two employees who were checking inventory levels, or something like that, watched me looking for about them minutes and never offered to help. Customer service does not exist at this store apparently.

We returned a power washer that wasn’t working; Jackson quickly figured out the solution and got us another power washer.Very happy!!

We came from a few towns over to rent a sander. The young guy in tool rental took the time to explain how to use the machine and best practice on sanding. He made everything super easy to keep track of and his tips saved us a few thousand dollars by letting us feel comfortable doing the work ourselves. He went above and beyond what we could have expected. He deserves a raise or a bonus.

Replaced both my kitchen counter top and all my flooring. The products were quality and the service great! I’m very happy with everything. I bought hardwood flooring and tile plus’s had a granite counter top installed.

I always buy stuff here. Also rent equipment at this store. Great customer service and well stocked. Very clean restrooms.

According to the review guidelines I must keep it to a product and not customer service. Unfortunately, the Topsham location isn't great a having items in the store leaving me to online orders. To prevent others from wasting their time, just avoid the physical store altogether and just order it online.

Return of item was fast and easy, because of pleasant and efficient clerk. When I asked for help in locating an item of another clerk (JT?), he led me quickly to it, and did the same for a totally different item for another customer, all the while the while entertaining with funny upbeat banter.

every time i use one of your mobility the Battery is dead or the cart is broke! If you don't want to have Handicap folks shopping, just put up a sign !!

JR was so helpful and knowledgeable and cheerful, knew right what we needed and even brought us to it! Great customer service!

I have been a contractor for 40 years and am generally quite familiar with the layout of HD stores. The one in Topsham, ME is slightly smaller with a different product layout. The woman in Plumbing (Vikki?) was exceptionally helpful. The plumbing parts that i needed had been moved out to the garden area. I never would have thought to look there.

If you need materials for a large project, or a small one, see Dustin at the Topsham, Maine store. He has always done right by me and I'm sure you'll be treated the same.

I shop at this store many times a week. I am always amazed at Mary Annes customer service. She is always willing to help no matter the question.You should be very thankful for her commitment to the customers.

I don't make recommendations. But the service I received in shopping for outdoor grill parts was so outstanding and helpful that it deserves soecial mention.

I’m so disappointed with this store and the management I’m taking my business elsewhere. I’ve spent $100s of thousands with them and I’m pretty easy going but after all the bs. I’m done doing big business with them.

Delighted with the professional, patient support I received from the Millwork person, Peter, on a recent visit to this store. Peter is kind, personable, knowedlgeable, and has a great sense of humor. He helped me seelct all the products needed for a new construction project (lots of window and door stuff), and when I needed to make an emergency change to the order after it had already been bid, he was able to help with that, too. I lef tthe store knowing I had received the best possible support, the best possible price, and clearly superb customer service.

Who wants to do a verification code to shop? Between the lousy wifi and the useless search function it is difficult to stay a customer.
