Nice Store.

We always go to this store rather than the one closer to us. The staff is friendlier and more knowledgeable. We also like the garden department at this store. Joanne is our favorite.

Everyone is helpful and I love having the Greater at the entrance to direct you to the product you specifically came in for. Then I just roam the store and pick up odds and ends I see. Some I need and then some I can always use. LOL I am mechanically inclined, Retired from B&D - Love to look at the tools, etc. Next purchase will be a shower enclosure for the Powder Room. $ winnings would be a GREAT asset!

Even though there is a HD closer to where we live. We intentionally go to this particular store due to its customer service and easy to find items. The garden department is our favorite. We will go to this HD because it offers more and the best customer service.

Been there several times and have no complaints.

Many store employees are mature professionals. They are knowledgeable and really want to help if you have a problem or question. Like other home improvement stores, there are sometimes busy times when it is difficult to find someone to help you, but when you do, they they seem to sincerely want to help.

The vast majority of the staff is knowledgeable and willing to answer every question. The associates in the PAINT, ELECTRICAL and PLUMBING departments are great

I needed a motorized cart. The greeter made sure there was one handy and fully charged. It was next to the garden section. I needed a patio set. There was one with a sign - Last one- on sale. I sat down on one of the cushions and waited for a salesman. The greeter came over and said she liked the patio set also. A salesman came up, took my order, recommended I rent their van and save the delivery charge. Everyone was friendly. Top rated as usual!!

I enjoy shopping at this store because the employees are very helpful and courteous and will answer any of the customers questions . The store there in the Towson area is very clean It seems like there are always friendly employees available if needed to support the customers. This store is at a convenient location for me to shop and I always go back to this particular Home Depot store when ever I need extra supplies for my home improvement needs. Thank you Home Depot.

Well I'm a contractor and like I said I work in a lot of people's houses customers nagging on me all the time about you know to fix this fix it and you know sometimes I just go to the Home Depot just just to get away take a break from my customers just to walk around in the tool Gallery look at all the tools and and just talk to all the employees at Home Depot they're all very nice and considerate to their customers and I really like home Depot in Towson

Randy, the paint associate, was extremely helpful and patient. I went in to buy paint for my new home and Randy helped us identify the paint, the colors, and even the paint rollers. Even the cashier, Francina, was amazing. She offered her congratulations on our new home purchase and was very friendly.

Everyone I was in contact with were friendly , said hi , asked if I needed help . very knowledgeable staff and friendly also.

I had a great experience shopping today at Home Depot. My mom and I went to look for a new Microwave, ours broke. Let me tell you, 3 days without a Microwave is not fun. You forget how good you have and how much easier a microwave makes your life. We got cleaning stuff to and it was fun, one or two of the employees were asking very nicely if we were moving a child out of our house. Mom and I had to laugh, they were for us and a little for our friends. The employees are very personable, nice, friendly, professional and ready to help you out. We had a cashier named Joann who was very nice and made it a great experience for us. And John helped us load our car ,he was also very nice, personable, friendly, and professional. We ran into a couple other employees during our shopping trip, and every one of them always greeted us and asked if we needed any help. I would very highly recommend this store.
