I was shopping for some tile the guys in flooring were amazing mark and Dominic worked together even on different shifts they helped me shop and figure out square footage and pricing both went above and beyond what the job asks and I love the tile I got

I bought over 50 Vinca flowers the other day, and they were all super healthy and look fantastic in my backyard

Candy and Noah in the carpeting dept were knowledgeable, helpful and professional!

We wandered around the rows of plants, trees and bulbs, but didn't find any climbing roses in pink or purple. Every employee was very friendly, asked us if we needed help. Nice store, but didn't come to any climbing roses. :-(

I bought some cushions and the Manager even helped me order a different type of cushion on line. Sadly they dont fit! Iwill take themback and have to order some new ones. But I’m sure my new friend will help me with that as well.

We had worked with HD designer, Carol Wells, on a full kitchen renovation project previously, which included custom design & cabinetry. Carol was nothing short of amazing with her knowledge, expertise & focus on customer satisfaction. The kitchen reno was spectacular in large thanks to Carol. Working with HD & Carol for our bathroom & closet remodeling/ renovation was a no-brainer. Thank you Carol!

I have shopped at 4 stores in this town over 30 years and Tramonto location store #6948 does a great job.

I special ordered a bathtub and four times it came in damaged.

To many products that don’t qualify for the military discounts.

I went to HD recently to purchase a freezer and the young lady that came to help stood about 20 ft away and turned and started talking with her back to us$$$ I called her out and told that older people usually have a hard time hearing and we do a lot of lip reading$$$ She instantly got an attitude and was told that if we didn't like what she did to talk to her manager$$$$$ I have sent in complaints to corporate and have heard nothing$$$$$

I described what I was looking for and the gent at the door said" oh you're looking for a __________..? In isle 10 bin 18. And it was right there where he said it would be. I was in and out in no time at all.

I needed help finding a rather obscure item and the super helpful team at the Tramanto Home Depot literally stopped what they were doing, escorted me to the item and walked me to the register. Couldn’t be happier with the rarely seen care and commitment displayed by these employees. Highly recommend!

Be aware, apparently their Rustoleum spray paint is pretty much a one time use item. It is warranted for 90 days. If it fails after that you are out of luck. The problem with that is the new can design. Used to be, you could turn the can upside-down and spray out any residual paint. This would keep the valve clear for future uses. The new cans won't do this. They continue to spray when upside-down. So when you put a partial can back on the shelf, the residual paint hardens and clogs the nozzle and you will just need to throw the can away.

Found what I needed. Took a long time to get any assistance.Home Depot asked for a review but to follow their guidelines I cannot comment on my experience. So not sure what they want reviewed. The product I needed they had and I was able to purchase it. I should have been able to get in and out of the store in 15 minutes since it was not crowded but it took almost an hour.

The weber grill i purchased was not ready for pickup as promised. I called to confirm it was ready . I was told 2 more days. Order # H6948-233805.

We shop at thisHome Depot regularly and each time we require assistance, the employees always do a fantastic job.

It sounds counter intuitive, but I fully expect really bad customer service every time I visit Home Depot (which is often). They never disappoint. It can take five visits just to find someone in the specific department I need help in. I recently purchased a refrigerator and stove and got free delivery. As expected, Home Depot messed up the delivery and the driver's mapping device took him to a shooting range instead of my home. He called me, but he didn't speak English and he decided to return my purchase to the warehouse. The store manager told me he rescheduled the delivery for the next day. He was wrong and nobody called and nobody showed up. Two days later, after numerous calls and complaints. the delivery was made. The expected mistakes resulted in me getting over $350 in compensation for my troubles. I have a dozen similar stories. Home Depot has awful customer service and I have found a way to profit from it. Keep up the bad work.

Erica in Customer Service went above and beyond to help me find an item that I couldn't find in Prescott. This store really cares about its customers!!

Recently moved from Michigan where my local Home Depot staff knew me by name. The Tramonto staff is warm and welcoming as well as very helpful.

I Needed to get help on a damaged wheeled large tool chest. Erica Hunsaker at the Service Desk was very professional and efficient in getting my problem resolved in a painless manner. It is not often vou encounter a voung emplovee as helpful as she was. She is deminitely an asset to your company and hopetully she is being compensated accordingly. I am now retired. but when I was looking for a mature, quality, motivated employee she would fit the bill. I hope you share my thoughts with her.

the employees at this store make this Home Depot the very best in the valley! This store is clean, well stocked for a smaller store and shoppers will notice the same friendly faces (associates, manager etc.) year after year. Says a lot about a business when there isn't a constant turn-over. I shop at this store with confidence knowing the associates, cashiers, managers are all there with the customer in mind.

I was so indecisive when purchasing gift cards and cashier Robin was very personable and helpful. She helped me select the perfect gift cards.
