Employees are so helpful

The employees at this store show pride in their work and it shows in the interactions with the customers. I would highly recommend this store to others as at this location the employees are a cut above.

The assistance I received was great - your employee (can't remember name) was so helpful, and she took a lot of time trying to locate what I needed. This item, I believe, is no longer available so I bought a different size bulb. The young man at the check out may have been a new employee as he needed to check his phone to show me what aisle to find my product. At check out, he was not friendly, did not smile, and then attempted to process my husband's Home Depot credit cared twice - kept saying it was declined. My husband checked on this, and there should have been no problem with the card. So we're thinking the young man was punching in something in error perhaps. I was forced to use another credit card.

typical HD store (worthless employees who dont even ask if they can help and instead walk right past)

Bradon,one of the managers, took the time to help properly diagnose the issue with a used power washer I had just purchased. I had some other items to purchase when we were done with that. He took me to each section and made sure I got the correct items (which was so helpful because I had my 3 year old with me). When I was done, he even loaded it back into my car and took my cart back up for me!

I am BEYOND happy with the service from this store. I have been to many Home Depot locations over the years and NONE compare to this one. The kind workers were ready and willing to jump in and help me. I struggled to find something at first and they were very patient with me. The store was SO CLEAN! I usually go to Lowes, but I won't be doing that anymore. Bravo!

Any staff member I got near would not speak to me or make eye contact. It seems they went out of their way to avoid me. The self check out added to the impersonal feeling of shopping there. I only went to home depot because they carry the specific brand of item I was in need of.

I have had consistently good experiences at this particular Home Depot store. Whenever I needed help locating a product the staff has been very helpful and knowledgeable. On one occasion when I needed extra keys for a new lockset, the resident expert did a great job for me. Service in the lumber department has consistently been quick and efficient.

I am overly satisfied with my purchase at homedepo today. We purchased a electric range top convection oven and overhead microwave. I would particularly like to point out the customer service we received today. John McClintock went above and beyond to help us get everything we needed for our new kitchen. Very patient and knowledgeable on all appliances. I will be going back again for upcoming projects on our home and requesting John for his service again! Thanks again!

all staff went out of the way to help and to let me know about sales , products that tie in with what I was doing and suggestions of other way I could get the job done.

We like shopping here because we always seem to leave feeling good about our purchase.

I could not find a particular product where it was last time I purchased it. Thankfully Steve at the service desk knew right where they had put it. He saved me a lot of time.

Rob Cline in the appliance department was so knowledgeable about each brand I bought 4 appliances! Great service!

Outstanding service by Troy Tharp in finding smoke alarm adapter plugs that were listed in stock on Web site, but not placed on shelves in smoke alarm display. I don't know he did it, but he found a box of them on a high shelf at the far end of the aisle.

I used the mobile website and checked the "pick up today" box for an air conditioner. It's not accurate. I live 80 minutes round-trip away, so it was a huge waste of time to search the store and get nothing.

Very impressed with the floor personnel and customer service they offer.

Friendly, clean and had what I needed what more could one ask

If you can't install a product yourself, Home Depot is the way to go. We built our house 17 years ago, and most receipts were from Home Depot. We are remodeling, and after checking all 3 stores in town, we always end up back at Home Depot. Plus..we just spent an hour in the carpet dept and they went WAY BEYOND normal service. Not enough room here to explain. But...I highly recommend the Traverse City store. Great employees. (I have never applied for a job there, but I hope they don't do the stupid psych test that Lowes does. It was the worst test I have ever taken. Face to face is the best way to hire. Not a test. And I do Day Care, since Lowe's wouldn't hire me. Stated I wouldn't turn my husband in if he stole from the store. First of all....don't wives have immunity? Like I said....their test was unreal.)
