This store has it all.... engaged Employees and anything you might need or want... its there

It seems as if their online business and brick and mortar store are two different entities. They are not in sync.Ordered items don't come or are very hard for store personnel to find.

I love how I can enjoy the luxury of going to a veteran-friendly place like Home Depot no matter where I am. We're fixing up our old lake house and it's great to have this store nearby for all of our projects.

My cashiers name was Robert and he did an awesome job. This store is my favorite store to shop at. The employees are great and the store is clean.

I shop at Home Depot often. I've had flooring installed in most of my house by Home Depot and major appliances have been purchased and installed by them. I've always had excellent service and any problem was always handled quickly and professionally.

The customer service here is top notch. I shop here all the time and once in a while things don't go according to plan. This location ALWAYS finds a way to make it right, and keep me a happy customer. Never once have I had a problem they couldn't fix. In an age when I could shop in any store, or on any website, I keep coming here for the personal touch.

I do all my tool shopping at Home Depot and I've never had any issues with power tools I've bought from there. The Traverse City location goes out to their way to help and everyone I've ever asked for help from seems to know the store like it's there own house. I can't find better pricing on Milwaukee tools anywhere else!

My husband and I recently purchased new appliances. The employees were both knowledgeable of products and very personable which made the whole experience much more enjoyable. Thank you to John and Larry at Traverse City Home Depot for all your help. You are truly the BEST!!!

I needed some equipment and materials and went to this store because it is a very convenient location. They had everything I needed, including a 28 foot aluminum extension ladder, standoff, angle iron and 3/8" bolts. It is hard to find these items in rural locations but this store had them all in stock. I was in-and-out of the store in less than 15 minutes. The staff was very helpful every step of the way. Thank you Traverse City, I will be back.

This is a Home Depot we always go to - very clean, nice employees and service always exceeds expectation.

I’ve been going to this store for years and never been disappointed. When I can’t locate something I’ve asked the nearest employee and they always point me in the right direction. Example: I’ve recently got into using PEX and wasn’t sure of the fittings location and got the assistance I needed.

He really wants to help which anyone working with him can appreciate . I have been doing a remodel so three months o have bothered Scott and he hasn’t gotten frustrate yet new record for me just ask my wife

John McClintock was knowledgeable and was very patient with our question. We normally buy online but he was just great.

I've spoken to this man concerning bathroom vanity tops, he was not very knowledgeable at all

In all my yrs of buying from home depot the only problem I had was when I bought a water conditioner. The man home depot sent to install it hooked it up wrong and it sprayed my entire closet with several inches of water.
