I bought a dishwasher and the sales person was absolutely wonderful! What wasn’t wonderful was all the plants out front that were sitting in full sun that had not been watered at all. Manager that department is setting a very bad example other than that the store was absolutely beautiful and everyone was friendly.

While shopping for an outdoor grill, I was greeted by a young man who took time to explain features of the grill and some of the available accessories. He even suggested a less expensive cover. He was really friendly, and even walked us to a different section to look at other options. While checking out, I actually started coughing, and a cashier from a different aisle suddenly shows up with a bottle of water! Just a simple act of kindness. The Trexlertown HD always shines above the rest of the locations, and above any other home improvement store.

I’ve consistently had excellent experiences at this Home Depot. The shelves are always well-stocked, the staff are friendly and helpful, and some even know my dog by name—which adds a really personal touch. It’s clear they care about their customers, and it keeps me coming back.

I like Home Depot but it’s terrible they don’t have samples to feel and look at in person.

Upon entering, and as we passed Home Depot clerks along our shopping trip, we were greeted friendly and welcoming. Very shortly after we arrived in the area to locate the item we wanted to purchase, a cheerful, knowledge and friendly clerk assisted us. She even carried our item to the checkout and ran it through. Excellent customer service!!

I am so glad that they finally opened the trexlertown store because I would never, never to the macarthur rd, I worked and did most of my shopping at the store on Lehigh street, diffenitely a management problem, big problem

I had three lightbulbs to recycle a tall older female greeted me and saw my plight She immediatly came over and got the plastic bags off the roll and basically did the process

Everyone in this store is always so very helpful and kind. The manager Zach Durnin will always go out of his way to help you! The store is always clean and organized!

I could not find an item and a woman left what she was in the midst of to escort me to my item. That’s customer service.

I've purchased a few things from this location. It is a smaller Home Depot, but still has a selection of items I'd generally be looking for from manufacturers I shop for. Staff always seem friendly & willing to help. The location is closer to my house & the fact that it's generally never crowded always means quick shopping trips & less anxiety, due to the lack of crowds.

The Trexlertown store is always clean, organized, and has outstanding customer service.

This is a newer store and the first time I came was because it was new and I wanted to see a brand new store, It was really nice and clean but what I found was that ALL EMPLOYEES were friendly and helpful all the time. Which is one thing that keeps me coming back to this store. We use to go to the store on Lehigh street.

Clean aisles and easy to find what looking for. aisles are well marked and simple to get down . Staff is always willing to help you when you need assistance
