I was very pleased with my puchases and friendliness of the associate that helped me and his assistance, when I asked for directions to the door stop section, he took me imediately to the section and he didn't leave until I was finished and he asked if he could give me any additional help before leaving me.

The store is easy to shop in; the lighting is easy on my eyes. Thanks. Coming in the door, a gentleman greeted me and directed me right to my product. Both the floor associate and cashier were very sweet and helpful. We did not feel brushed off or unattended to.

I always enjoy my day off once a month when I can walk around Home Depot. Sounds strange but since I was a kid I've loved hardware stores, and Home Depot is, without a doubt the biggest hardware store I've ever seen. If I had unlimited money, I'd buy anything I wanted and would need a large truck to haul it all home. I guess I could explain it by saying that it inspires me to start new projects that I dreamt about, but didn't have the materials or the money to complete them. The next isle I walk down offers fresh inspiration. I guess one gets the idea?

We needed a New Washer. It was great to find Irma Williams the Appliance Specialist available to help us. She answered all of our questions and some we did not ask.. We needed a washer,we ended up purchasing a washer and a dryer and an upgrade from what we expected to purchase. It is so great to find a professional sales person who knows the product and can advise you on what you want. If there were more store employees like Irma Williams there would be fewer people shopping on line or in other stores who employee clerks. We know we left Lowe"s so we could get help.

Always preferred this store over its competitor across the street. Very well organized, looks nice, clean, enough staff around to answer questions. Our order was waiting for us at the front desk. We shopped for other things while we were there and an associate lady was one of the most helpful store employees that I've even dealt with. Although the store is a long drive for us, I'd shop there again if I'm in the neighborhood.

The associates at Home Depot were very friendly with a upbeat willingness to help. their knowledge of were products were located even outside of their own department was a reassuring feeling, but they also had a good grasp of knowledge of the items needed to be used to do and finish the job completely. I had a very different experience with the Lowes' store associates basically located next door minutes earlier. It was also very convenient and helpful to have a tool rental department located in -store to help..
