The heart of customer service is still present. Veda at the Trotwood Home Depot assisted me immediately. Even after I misunderstood her directions. She actually walked me to the item I needed and helped me look for what I needed to ensure I purchased the correct item.

Purchased equipment and materials to install a kitchen counter top. Cost was reasonable and countertop was beautiful.

I bought a stove today from the Home Depot 5200 Salem Ave. Trotwood Ohio 45426. I was waited on by, Irma Appliance Specialist. She was knowledgeable and friendly.

I have had great experiences at this home Depot. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. The only issue I have experience was occasionally not having a few products in store that online says is available. They staff however are wonderful and very helpful

Jason, Terry, and Rob really know how to get it done! They are always willing to help with questions, or whatever you need! These guys are awesome!

You are on your own in Trotwood. The odds of finding an employee at the Trotwood Home Depot who has any idea what is happening around them and is willing to help you are about one and 10. Do your best and try to remember they make terrible wages. What a disappointing place.

This store is a complete garbage when it comes to many of the people who work at that store, bad attitude, laziness, nasty characters, anytime you need help at the idle there is no one there, and when you find someone after 15 minutes they try to avoid you, or simply say they are not working at that idle, or they say they will call someone but they never do… I try to avoid that store at all costs… every visit to that store is an emotional trauma… I have to hold my nose when I go there… so to speak… but today something different happened there with someone by the name Dianna… she is working at the electric idle… but she passed by me at the railing idle, when I was looking for railing hardware… and when I asked her for help to find what I am looking for, she immediately helped me to find several different hardwares I needed, through search on her handheld computer, even though she is not working at that idle … I was dumbfounded… such help and a welcome attitude is very hard to find in that nasty store… I thanked her and off she went.. About 10 minutes later I crossed her again in another idle when I was looking for a rail post light and again she found it for me with a nice attitude…. And after she handed it to me she asked me to fill the survey on the receipt and pointed to her name on her blouse… once again it showed her appreciation to what people say on the survey… and unlike many nasty characters in that store who hide their name rag, she was proud of her name tag… which clearly point to clean conscious… and good will… so I made mental note to fill the survey this time even though I never do this survey… I never saw that lady before, but she said she has worked at that store since October 2021… I think home depo should look into advancing her in that store… because she is definitely one of a kind in that store…

I’ve visited home depot twice in the past two months. Once for a large appliance purchase and recently for a small purchase. The care I received from the team members as been amazing each time. The care and time to take to make sure your needs are met has been an amazing experience, especially now when most establishments customer service had suffered due to lack of staffing. It’s been a breath of fresh air each time I’ve visited!

I am pleased with the service I've received thus far. I am presently working with several departments in the Trotwood Oh store and I appreciate the departments working together for the project I'm working on at this time.

I have not used Home Depot much, but this experience has changed my view and I will use it more in the very near future.

The service from employees was excellent

Every time I go to the trotwood location I’m met with rude employees making it unbearable to shop there. The employees aren’t helpful only sarcastic and usually stand around gossiping rather than help customers.

Every employee was very friendy and courteous. They found the answers to all my questions for my purchase.

After waiting 45 minutes they could not give me my online order. The system messed up and sent it to a store in Texas. I was asked to drive from Ohio to Texas to fix the problem. This has taken a week and I am still trying to get my money back.

I worked with Rachelle at the Trotwood, OH, location to select and order new kitchen cabinets and counter tops. She was fantastic. She helped me to take advantage of the sales and assured me the best price for the cabinets I selected.

Brenda Jackson at checkout was very helpful, and David in tool rental was extremely nice and accommodating

Have tried a few times on different occasions to get the military discount to go through and for some reason whatever product I get does not want to except the discount not sure what the problem is

I went to purchase a toilet and I couldn't get the help that I needed. The two associates by me were busy helping a woman just asking questions while I needed help getting a toilet down to buy. I purchased the toilet then had to find my own help loading it into my suv. I had asked for help to have it put into my suv,but they never sent anyone to help load the toilet that I couldn't lift alone!! WORST experience!! Third experience of crappy customer service at this location.. I live 3 minutes away from the store. I will no longer be going to this location because of the several bad experiences there!!

I do all of my shopping there. Look forward to going to the HD in Trotwood, OH for all of my contracting needs.
