great group of employees wish all stores had this kind of service people

The associates were extremely helpful in getting the product that I needed. Took extra time to get the lift etc. I appreciated their help

I quickly found everything I needed. I asked an associate for help in making my decision. He helped me by telling me I only needed a hose not a full shower head. I was very happy.

My husband and I frequent the Trumbull store often, if we need help or have questions the associates are always willing to help, they never make you feel like your asking to much of them which is one of the reasons people will return ! Special orders are handled professionally and good follow through..In the last year we built an addition and working with associates such as Ernie, Grizel , Jessica and Shawn just to name a few helped to make our life easier. We purchased products for the outside and flooring, kitchen cabinets and appliances, we were treated like family.! Thank you !

went to get plumbing supplies and rent a submersible pump. Associate in plumbing guided me to the right location for what i needed. Associate in rental dept. was also helpful.

I went to this store on my way home from work early in morning to buy a new grill and being quiet I had the attention and helpfulness of the associates to help with picking out my grill and getting it ready, in the meantime I wandered through the store and ended up at the paint section and started talking to Kathy telling her about my project to paint my guest room into a beach theme. She got enthusiastic and we both came up with great color schemes!

Had no problems finding items and checking out, associates are always knowledgeable and helpful.

The Trumbull Home Depot is not the closest Home Depot to my home but we choose to shop here anyway. The store is always clean and the associates are very friendly and helpful. We usually always find what we came in for--and quite often leave with things we didn't even know we needed, like great looking and healthy plants.

I probably had the best time I have ever had your store during this visit. Jessica, Kelly, and Linda were all extremely helpful and compassionate, and extremely knowledgeable with all things Home Depot and customer service. The store I used to use was Derby, CT. I will not be returning back to the Derby store any longer. Jessica helped me get a commercial account so I could save money. Linda helped me get a quote for siding which I have an appointment for towards the end of July, and Kelly was super patient and friendly ringing me up. I really had a great time with the interactions I had in Trumbull, CT. Derby, CT store is definitely not as friendly as Trumbull. I hope this review is shared with these employees. They deserve to know that they are true assets to Home Depot and to me. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you for all your help and for going a few extra miles than you had to!

Store employees were polite, available, helpful and most important, KNOWLEDGABLE. My remodel project was made easy, pleasurable and affordable. Thanks to Johnny, Greg, Ernie, Mikey and all the others, whose names I did not get! MLM

I visit many homedepots and the Trumbull store is the best run store

He led us through the rental requirement process with knowledge and simplicity and took great care that we understood everything. He is a credit to your store and the brief yet pleasant interaction with him made us want to return to this store for other home improvement needs

Mark and the rest of the crew in the rental department at Home depot were very willing to work with us to make sure we knew how to use the equipment. It was very easy to rent and run on my own. I will use them again. Just need to come up with a project to rent some of their cool equipment.

Employees were rude, cutting me off, slamming into me. Not just one, but 3 separate employees in the 15 minutes I was in there.

I was looking for a cleaning product and discovered Odoban Gal & Disinfectant Spray. I picked up the product and was leaving the aisle when I found the same product and an added smaller sprayer for the same price. Thus, I got much more for the price of $9.98. I do, however, wonder if I would have been advised about this, if I had gone to the register. All-in-all, it was a neat find.

Prefer the Trumbull store over the Bridgeport store, which is closer, because the store is a mess, you can never find an associate when you need one

Grisel made our kitchen renewal project easy to start. She worked with us until all our questions were answered and spent all the time needed to be sure we explored all options to be aware of any specials going on and worked diligently to help us stay within a budget. Great location, clean store, helpful staff (when your able to find one!)

The store was great, my cashier was nice, friendly and funny.

The store is always as clean as you could possibly expect a store of its kind to be. The staff is always moving and willing to help. This is by far, my favorite Home Depot location and I've shopped in every location from the Bronx to Stratford, CT on the I95 corridor.

My home depot store is the Bridgeport store only because it is convenient. After attending the Trumbull store i could see the difference in product selection. Trumbull had much more to offer, larger selections and was much cleaner and organized. It's never crowded and had lots of associates to assist you. I really like the Trumbull store and would drive out of my way to go there.

STORE CLEAN, EASY TO FIND PRODUCTS VERY FRIENDLY . TOTALLY RECOMMENDED

I can go between their store or another that is equidistant, I find the Trumbull store 10x better. Most of the associates and management are very helpful and friendly. Willing to stay late to help me complete an appliance purchase and knowledge.
