Sales people and cashers are always very professional. I shop there often with my military discount, and thank you very much for that great benefit!

There is not enough space to write all of the great things about this (and all) Home Depot. I love shopping here. The staff is ALWAYS helpful and listen to my needs. There is nothing that ever needs to change. They have about 90% of the products I need in store. Otherwise, I order online and pick up in store thanks to the awesome free shipping. Some products I have bought in the past had a shipping cost greater than the product due to size and weight, so this is a great way to save money, thanks to Home Depot's policies. The store is always organized and clean. I will always be a loyal Home Depot customer until I die.

I wish I could give this store zero stars. Don’t bother with them. Their customer service and delivery company are pathetic. The store is always out of stock although the Web site says they have stock—don’t believe it. The managers themselves, most of who are millennials, aren’t wearing masks. The managers leave at 5:30PM so in the evenings there’s no managers available to troubleshoot issues. The older workers are so much better, but they are constrained by the inefficient systems around them.

Employees at the Trumbull Home Depot (90 Monroe turnpike 06611) were extremely helpful in assisting me. I needed to find a particular GE counter top Microwave oven, and they managed to locate one and set it aside for me to pick up in the store.

Either don’t hire kids to work there OR provide them with sufficient training and knowledge of store promotions often.

On 2 separate occasions I asked an associate where a needed item was and they said,” I’m new here, I don’t know”. That was it, not,” I don’t know, let me find out for you”

If in doubt - ASK They do find answers and yes there are times Not available and no substitute or can' be done But.= Again ASK !

As a contractor and having clients expect their products to be delivered as promised on the jobsite and on time I loose customers and not to mention paying contractors on the jobsite with no work due to the non delivery of merchandise / products from the store. Very unprofessional. Not even a courtesy call from the store even after waiting the next day and still no merchandise. I guess I will have to shop elsewhere.

Great Store , friendly and trained Staff , overall a great experience

Store Associate Gavin from online orders/customer service area is very attentive, as well as a lady (sorry forgot her name) when I called for help with my online order. Because of their friendly & prompt help, I did not have to wait in line to enter the store to pickup my online order. Gavin brought it right outside to my car with new service “curbside pickup”. Saved me much time & much safer alternative to going into store during this pandemic time. I was back home in no time:)

On a Sunday night, FIVE minutes before the store closed, I was cheerfully assisted by no less than three Home Depot associates, plus a polite cashier who had to look lumber that was missing sku labels after the store was closed. Maybe it's just that particular area, but certainly Home Depot deserves some credit for hiring nice people.

You can never find an employee anywhere in the store, the selection of lumber is usually warped and trash wood. Half the time you can't find what you're looking for, and you'll have an even harder time 1. Finding someone to help you 2. Finding someone who knows anything.

Excellent costumer service

I prefer this store's garden center to all others the area. Their choice of plants and gardening products as well as prices are the best I have found. Highly recommend.

CLEAN, WELL STOCKED INVENTORY, EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

I love shopping at this Home Depot! This is like my go to store on the weekend with my family, including the dog. Just love it there!

Best store in the chain! Always clean and well stocked, but more importantly, THE BEST STAFF! We are in there at least once a week (ok, 3-4 times) being that we are remodeling a home. They always have what we need and we are always approached by a friendly, knowledgeable professional asking if we need help. From the service desk to the rental counter to the cashiers and everyone in between, they clearly care about their store and most especially, their customers. Thanks and keep up the great work!

Store staff is knowledgeable and friendly. There is always someone there to help when needed and they know their stuff when they do. Store is always neat, clean and well stocked and maintained. Online services make it super easy to plan my projects at home and then bring my list to the store to pick everything up. It’s our favorite place to shop!

Staff here is high caliber — from Paint Center staff (David at my last visit was exceptionally helpful & knowledgeable, super friendly), to cashier (Lindsay at my last visit was so welcoming & such a sweetheart - glad she reminded me on my Home Depot credit card), store clerk (who I asked what aisle I could find certain products didn’t hesitate to look up the info) to management (Gerry at my last visit stopped what he was doing to patiently answer my questions). Well organized & clean store. My favorite Home Depot location!

This is one of the best Home Depot locations. They are almost never out of stock on anything and their staff is the most professional for advice on projects. Their cashiers are also the friendliest and always happy to help. I would rate them 5-stars except for the dogs. Home Depot corporate should enforce their NO DOGS ALLOWED policy. (Of course I do not refer to companion dogs for the disabled.) Customers who bring their pets for casual walks in the store (or any retail store) are arrogant and lack the most basic of social skills. Especially when they allow their dogs to relieve themselves in the store and expect the staff to clean it up. This is rude and not part of their job. Other patrons have a reasonable expectation to not have to deal with dogs barking, sniffing, jumping, etc. because it is store policy to not allow these dogs inside the building. Whether allergic, fearful, or whatever, customers should not experience anxiety over the potential to interact with a dog, or use a cart that a dog has been transported in, when when it is reasonable to not expect dogs to be present in an indoor retail shopping environment. I have been a loyal Home Depot customer for over two decades and experiencing dogs in the store is a recent phenomenon. Years ago, Home Depot would have politely reminded a customer attempting to bring their dog into the store that pets weren't allowed unless medically necessary. For whatever reason, they have gotten lax and must make a decision whether to enforce their own rules to make shopping safe and pleasant for everyone, and to maintain a safe environment for customers and employees, or turn their stores into a dog park and lose many valuable customers. I have interacted with many customers, employees, and managers at Home Depot and my feelings are shared across the board. Home Depot - do something.

I HAVE SHOPPED YOUR STORE SINCE IT OPENED. I AM IN THERE AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK. BUT AFTER THE EXPERIENCE I HAD RECENTLY I WILL DRIVE THE EXTRA MILES TO SHOP ANOTHER RETAILER. I WAS SHOPPING FOR DECK LUMBER AND CALLED THE STORE AND WAS TOLD THEY HAD THE LENGTH I NEEDED. BORROWED A TRUCK WENT TO STORE AND THERE NONE OF THE SIZE I NEEDED ON THE RACK. I SPOKE TO 4 ASSOCIATES TRYING GET HELP. NO ONE HELPED NO ONER CHECKED NO ONE CARED. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

This store usually has plenty of help and enough registers open so you don't waste time trying to check out.

When you go into the Trumbull Home Depot it is very organized and clean makes it easy to find what you are looking for. They always have everything in stock and if they don't then they will look to see if another store has it in stock, very professional experience.
