I purchase an umbrella I purchased many plants. All of my soil bought all of my cleaning supplies and I was always given additional military discount which makes me happy. I purchased my ring for my doorbell and the additional chime for the ring so everything works perfect Thank you.

I was purchasing a tall toilet all employees that helped were very customer friendly and made my experienced the best ever I really appreciated it 👍

Art is a great manager, and the staff is very nice and helpful. I am there at least twice a week and especially appreciate the garden and paint departments

I have visited probably all of the Home Depot in Memphis and I am pleased to say that employee, Keiren, at store 0703, was very polite, courteous, attentive, informed and very professional. Way to go! I will purchase from that location again as long as you are there, otherwise I will continue to shop at the Jonesboro location. Thank you sir!

Customer service is the best at truse

The store I go to is very nice to me. They asked and verified an item it did not carry and another store confirmed they have it in stock. Drive one hour and have to tell me they don’t have it but they can order it for me. They are so careless and insensitive that they want me to drive back another hour and hag to pick it up. I talked to the store manager to compensate me for my three hours drive round trip and she doesn’t even have the decently to talk to me respectfully. The. I call the corporate office and you have a subcontractor who negotiates the compensation amount. I offered her to buy a coffe with the amount of money she offered me.

I think Ashley was my service member and she is a rockstar very kind and an amazing person !

They overcharged and looked like didn’t even want to be at work. Was overcharged over $100 and when tried to get it fixed the supervisor was nowhere to be found. No help at all.

I live near the Home Depot on Truse Parkway and it is always a pleasure to shop there. The vast majority of the employees are very knowledgeable about the products in the store and often give very helpful advice. They are able to answer most questions and shopping in the store is street free.

I was happy to have the electric scooter to help with my shopping, because the store on Poplar in Memphis haven't had any electric scooter in that store for a whole year, just sad I have to travel to another store.

To few employees and the ones that are there have so many other things they have to do it is difficult for them to spend time with customer. That is why so many shop online. If you can't get any real help it may as well be sitting at home

I went to Home Depot to purchase some hay bails to use for Dall decorations. There was no one to help me in the garden department. I went into the main store to see if I could get some help. Linda, in customer service, immediately ask if she could help me. She got Mr Blade to meet me at the hay trailer and he helped my husband load the hay. These 2 people showed the kind of professionalism that all business's wish they had! Home Depot is very fortunate to have them representing them!

I ran in to get some things and when I came out of the store two of my truck endows has been broken out & car rummaged through looking for guns. This happened to four other cars that night. The employees & manager didn't care and did nothing. She laughed & said this happens once or twice a week. You need to have a security guard patrolling the parking lot or you're not going to keep any customers. My windows were $700 to replace.

As you know, there are several Home Depots in the Memphis area. This store usually has a good stock of things needed by a homeowner. This store is set up for the home owner and professional. Some store are set up for the professionals and some are set up for the home owner,

I was able to find everything I needed. The store was neat and the associate at the self checkout was very helpful.

Great place to shop for tools

The store associate was on que when I wanted to buy a specific tool; he was fast and friendly.

Lack of associates who are knowledgeable about what aisle product is on. Three associates talking to each other and they did not recognize I was waiting to ask a question . Another one sent me to the wrong aisle 12 instead of 8. Finally Connor and his associate helped me find the product. They need more associates like Connor who care and want to work. Not socialize! Just can’t get good help today!

Why is this review limited to products? The same products are at other stores as well. Customer Service matters just as much if not more because I can go other places to get the same product. The employees don't care about helping customers at all. An employee named Jameal is the worst. I read reviews & customer service is very important to me.

Your associate Cindy, who helped me at the Customer Service desk was Amazing! She went above and beyond to work out a challenging situation. I must say, service can be difficult in many cases, but not today at the Truse Parkway Store in Memphis. All because of Cindy! Thanks so much!

My first time at that location

I had a large return and customer service was amazing. They were patient, gracious, and competent. Truse Home Depot in Memphis is a great place to shop!

Customer service is subpar. Product knowledge is non-existent. They gave me a used product as new. One older white lady with glasses that works around the grill area and tools was wonderful and knowledgeable. She is the reason for the extra star. However, in the middle of assisting me they pulled her to do something else. After her it was back to subpar service. Do better Home Depot.

During my shopping trip I received excellent assistance from STEPHEN and MICHAEL with heavy bags of pea gravel. Without their assistance I would not have bought so much.

Even if it’s not in their department and they’re not busy, they take the time to walk around the store with you and show you exactly where these items are and make sure you’re satisfied before they leave you that’s going beyond customer service and I really do appreciate that as a senior and Military you just don’t always get this 100% top-of-the-line customer service in many places

I love shopping at Home Depot on Truse … keep up the great work

This store is always clean and neat. The shining point for me was the service we received by a floor associate named Eddie who was a veteran of the Army. He was helpful and knowledgeable.
