Great experience all around!!! Had the pleasure of dealing with Felipe in the hardware department. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Met the manager Frank who is a very nice guy. Lupita and Tina the cashiers were fun as well. Everyone I dealt with was pleasurable.

It was easy to get hold of the products I needed because the employees were so helpful!

I visit this Home Depot store a couple of times a week. I've never had a bad experience. If I can't find what I'm looking for, I ask and an employee will usually walk me to the product. Great customer service.

Bad customer service ...

In the last 2 days I have had to go to the Truxel Home Depot for two separate home improvement projects. Between Tonya and R.J., both days and trips to the store were made much easier because of their willingness to assist, even when what I needed wasn't in "their" department. They both were knowledgeable and helpful. They seemed to genuinely care about what I needed and that my experience was good. I truly appreciated their attitudes and helpfulness. Their helpfulness made my projects go much more smoothly.

I shop at a lot of home-improvement stores, and the Truxel Hom Depot location is by far the best. Knowledgeable staff, well-stocked store, and a very clean environment. What more could you ask for?

The store is clean and somewhat always stocked. However the associates in their perspective departments are scare and unavailable.When they do see a customer, they act like their too busy or invisible. Need more customer service training and eliminating those who are not TEAM PLAYERS!

Very great customer service. Clean and organized the products on the Shelf. Very helpful staff explains about your product that you are purchasing and also shows you how to use and comparison of a similar product in the store.

The associates were first class even though there were few of them and many customers that needed assistance.

The store is clean and well maintained; aisles are labeled and easily accessible as well as the merchandise. The gardening department has a wide selection of plants (landscaping), herbs and flowers, and other gardening needs such as potting soil and containers. Shopping carts and electric carts for the disabled are always available, as well as antibacterial wipes to prevent the spread of disease. The staff is helpful and will walk you to an item if you don't know where it's located, and the cashiers are always friendly and efficient. Teamwork at the store allows for expedited in and out times, like Buster Posey of the SF Giants throwing a player out at second base.
