Service Desk Debra D and Cashier Dina have excellent customer service skills extremely professional and care about their customer. And your store had the products I wanted. First time in a long time I really felt good shopping at Home Depot.

The only good thing about this store is Richard from Flooring!! 10 out of 10 stars for his customer service and professionalism! He went above and beyond and he is our hero of home depot!!!

The customer service counter was slow. The young person that was handling my service did not know who to go to to get answers. When I told him to call a manager he was reluctant to do so. Then after 15 minutes the manager comes up and he checks out and goes home. I see now why I did not get the service I should have gotten.

Great store but get rid of the cat in gardening. Cats really don't catch rats and all the cat food grows more rats.

Garden Guy Steve - I am purely here because of you, Steve! My husband and I were shopping for a weed wacker, and Steve overheard our conversation and lightly started conversing with us. He wasn't pushy - it felt like bumping into a friend and making small talk. From there he not only helped us select an appropriate weed wacker, but he also gave us a mini walkthrough on how to operate it. He was very clear and concise on the instructions not only to us, but to the people around him. There had to have been a handful of people along with an employee needing his help. The employee may have been new - I'm not too sure, but the way he talked to the employee was in a very respectful and supportive manner. If Steve isn't already a manager/supervisor. I think he should be promoted. There are a lot of fine qualities in Steve that make him an excellent manager. And I've promoted people before where I see not all great employees make great managers, but Steve would make a great manager. I've seen so few people multi-task the way Steve does. He made sure to acknowledge everyone that needed assistance, and kept checking in with them as he was helping other people. He made people feel like they weren't forgotten. On top of customers, he was working with an employee and it was amazing to see the interaction between them. He was very communicative with his whereabouts - what he was doing, when he was doing something, and where. He left no room for discrepancies. I was amazed. I'd steal him to work with us, haha, but it's clear he loves his job and what he does at Home Depot. He's definitely a rare one. Communication and follow-through are characteristics in a fine manager and you guys have one right there. Promote him. Anyways, the location of this store is convenient and I love the friendly staff. Occasionally you'll catch someone on a bad day, but for the most part they're all nice. Then on occasions as rare as this, you'll find a Steve. Thanks Steve, you really made our day. We'll come back just to have you teach us a thing or two about gardening. And it's really about building that trust, and we trust Steve and his recommendations moving forward.

I received lots of help and the man answered all of my questions, and made sure I had the right oil for the chain saw that I didn't know I needed.

This trip was a pleasant experience. We found everything we needed and the employees were very helpful.

The environment here is nice quiet peaceful and very enjoyable.

This store keeps a good stock of product I buy often(fencing, wood). Busy store but always has enough registers to get you through.

Good Customer service

The store was clean I ask for especial part that was looking for the home Depot employee helped me faster and efficient friendly I was impressed thanks for ghe help ;I being there several times every time I had good experiences I also had from a clerk a home Depot credit offer ..........!!! The parts I was looking easy to find I ask the person on the floor for his idia over my project and he gave me a better idea am impressed.

Best HD in the area Always full of stock and good people

I just bought florescent light bulbs for my kitchen. There was a great variety, but staff helped me find exactly what I needed. I will be shopping there again.

Experience is good just didn’t like that fact that I have to buy a bathroom item just for 1 part.
