Very friendly and helpful and always someone to assist you.

Speaking for a lady over 80 years of age.....one needs a store like this in order to be able to maintain your own home. I can repair and fix most things due to the advise and assistance I get at the home depot store on oracle. I paint, do plumbing, fix my own roof, and buy garden items. It's so satisfying ....and saves money. Thanks to the Home Depot friendly and helpful staff.

The guys in Garden are always great , they have a very strong team , Terry and Matt are great ,they always have great attitudes and are always very heapfull..

The store is very well laid out and the employees here are very helpful. I like this Garden Department better than another of the other Home Depots in town. Their employees in the Garden Department really know their products.

This Home Depot always has the friendliest staff! Jeremy in the garden department is very knowledgeable about his department as well as where to find thing throughout the store.

Found so many cool items in the garden center. I didn't even have to go to any other store for the items on my list. Oh also Terry in the garden center made my experience incredible. He helped me find everything, helped me out several times when no one else seemed to notice I was having trouble, and he even loaded up my SUV with all the heavy, huge items I'd purchased. I didn't even have to ask. So awesome.

Offered a cart at the entrance which was nice and I was asked if I needed help really quickly, I didn't have to go searching for help.

I always find this store clean and organized and the help appears to be happy. I often find quality and undamaged materials in the discount areas and the staff understand me when I describe what I need or am thinking of doing. Just wish they had a huge sale on yard furniture this time of year!

Chris Smiley, Cory, Nikki and Christine went above and beyond to find and locate the patio umbrellas I was looking for. They were all friendly and pleasant made for a great atmosphere ! To top it off brought me a cold bottle of water ( on a rather hot day) , I never asked for it this was just one more act of professionalism and courteousness this team of 4 portrayed . I highly recommend shopping for your home improvements at this store!

Everyone I've dealt with at this particular location has always been friendly and knowledgeable. Those who don't have an answer for my sometimes random questions always know who they can ask to find the answer. I try to avoid shopping anywhere on the weekends, but even when I have to deal with the crowds, the employees are there to help.

I no longer comparison shop and have made Home Depot my exclusive 1-stop shopping for EVERY repair I make to my house and yard. From the paint department to the outdoor garden department, I love Home Depot because of the friendly and helpful employees and because of the good prices and quality of the products!

Prices are great and the selection is great. The employees are knowledgeable and accomodating.

If you ever need assistance ask for Isaac or ammar! They'resThey're super helpful and sweet!

Gordon at the Oracle and Wetmore store was most helpful in helping me select new door knobs and making sure they were all keyed the same. It saved me time and money which is always appreciated.

Since we moved to Tucson we used this store often. I could say that everytime our experience was positive. The employees are polite, responsive, knowledgeble in the field/department they are assigned to work. They took the time to help us find whatever we were looking for at a particular visite and few times when we had to return few items it has been no issue at all. We are very pleased with the Home Depot store on Oracle. Overall rating is 5 stars.

I ALWAYS FIND WHAT I NEED IN HOME DEPOT. I NEVER GO ANY WEAR, BUT HOME DEPOT.

Normally I use the store on Irvington at Spectrum Mall but this day I was on Oracle and stopped here. There was a significant difference in the attitudes of the employees here. They seemed more cheerful and were very helpful. At most stores, the employees are "just there".

I often shop for garden items and have found Home Depot associates to be friendly, helpful and very willing to assist me with heavy items.

The most personable and friendly Home Depot store in Tucson! Great staff! When I bought my first home a few years ago, I actually was able to bring up the Consumer Reports website on their computer, in the "kitchen products" area of the store. Then the salespeople showed me the corresponding furnishings. I was able to find the top rated energy star equipment and bundled the purchases of refrigerator, stove and washing machine and dryer. This way, I had the benefit of a huge price break.

CLEAN, ORGANIZED AND HELPFUL TEAM.

Ramon at the contractors desk is very rude and thinks that we should be honored that he trys to help. I have been approached by homeless people that are more respectful than Roman.

Outstanding and highly recommended individual named “CORY” for excellent customer service witnessed not only for my request but also for another customer. I understand working in retail and I dealing with upset and stressed out customers on a nearly daily basis can be a challenge. Iwas pleased to know Cory took control over the situation and did it with a SMILE.
