We purchased a washer and dryer and the delivery crew didn't know how to install the steam feature on the dryer. When we called the number on the invoice they sent out another crew days later ( in the meantime we discovered the new 1,000$ dryer made a grinding noise) when the second crew came out they agreed that the dryer needed to be replaced. When they left, the dryer steam they installed flooded out familyroom so they had to come out a 3rd time to fix it. When we called Home Depot on Oracle rd, they said it was too late to reverse the sale but will have another manager call us on MOnday. I've already taken off 2 work days to accommodate their delivery times. I will never buy from HomeDepot again

I had a broken freezer (under warranty) picked up by hime depot. They are still holding on to my refund. It’s been almost 1 month since it was picked up. I’m out almost $1000 and the customer service department and management keeps feeding me stories without fixing the problem.

Horrible customer service untrained employees who stand around on their phones

I enjoy shopping at this HomeDepot bacause the people are always helpful and friendly. I usually need special help, because of poor vision, and they help me very pleasantly.

As usual, the staff (3 separate employees) did not offer to help and then did not get me to someone who could. Problem with price at checkout and had to go take a picture and wait in line for two people only to find out that I didn't get a clear picture of the skew. Had to go take a second pic and wait in line again and then had the cashier get upset and rude with me because the system was wrong.

Ahmet was incredible, and went out of his way to ask if I needed something (when I was trying to find someone up front to help), I said I needed a board cut, and he said, “I don’t normally do that but instead of making you wait, let’s do it!” He got my board cut, then showed me the isle and options for cutting a round hole at home in my new board. Ahmet was so helpful, I will definitely be coming back due to this great experience, give that guy a raise!

The outdoor blinds that are available do not work for me, as they are designed to be used by much taller people. I, a short, senior woman, decided to make my own, and Dave in Lumber and Stephen in hardware, were extremely helpful.

I purchased the Fescue Multipurpose Turf for my backyard and it looks and feels sooo real. We're now ready to swim, cook out, and use our backyard to enjoy family and friends.

Had to buy 4-two hole straps, but only needed two. Don’t like being forced to buy more than I need!!

Entering my email to get my receipt mailed, employee pushed my hand away and pressed print receipt on the SELF CHECK line. There was no one else waiting to check out and I hadn't even been at the screen for more than 45 seconds at that point so it wasn't because I was taking too much time. Also, good luck getting anyone to help you with anything.

An employee named Rosalind assisted me on my return and she was rude/unprofessional. She continued making bad verbal expression on the previous customer while proceeding my return and input a wrong number in her computer. When unable to find the item, she accused me giving her a wrong number and said "you should come prepared". She said to me "you have too many returns". Well, five items of nails and hinges were my return, When I asked to speak to the store manager, she said "Yeah, go speak to the manager" and continued mocking me by shouting "Ask the manager to finish your return". I will not return until this issue is corrected.

A HD associate stopped what he was working on to assist me. I wanted a hedge trimmer which was on the top level of a rack. To retrieve it for me, meant that that the store associate needed to locate a rolling ladder climb it, move boxes about and carry it down the ladder. He handed the trimmer to me asking if that was the exact one that I wanted. He then walked me to the cashier. What a helpful person

The paint department Employee is very rude an unknowledgeable about paint and products.

Every time I go in the employees are always helpful and friendly. I cannot rave enough about Kyle in flooring. Seriously the most helpful person. I am definitely coming back!

This is my second visit in a few months time and just like everywhere else in this country everybody has a lack of customer service or care therefore of anyone else other than themselves and the bottom line… Their money… Needless to say their Sour and RUDE approach to making sure that all of their items are rung up before somebody steals them from their store has for COMPLETE certainty pushed me out of their stores With an extremely sour taste in my mouth for this company as a whole for Good!

I bought a 50 gal water heater. at home a friend suggested I get a tankless one. I returned the 50 gal.one. got the tankless one. I found I could not use it because of the home wiring. Returned that one and finely went back to the 50 gal. one. no problems in doing it

The Home Depot staff and associates are friendly and knowledgeable about the store's products - very helpful in letting me know where the products I was interested in were located. Yes, the store was clean. Today, Andy D23/59 worked with me to purchase a new refrigerator and microwave - two items that I have been needing during the pandemic. Andy was polite, professional and patient as he ordered these items. He took the time to explain the opportunity and benefits of applying for a Home Depot credit card as well as informing me about the delivery process. Home Depot has a gold star in Andy.

Just continue to have friendly cashiers and Service as you check out sometimes it really makes a day for person when it's especially hot and almost a hundred degrees out and you get a :-) to tells you have a great day

I bought a GE stove & it’s very nice. My husband install it & it was easy to do. The employees at this location were awesome! Plus I got to use my 10% off coupon that I received in the mail. And it was already marked down 10% . So I saved a lot! Thank you!!

The Kitchen dept at this HD is amazing! They helped me remodel my kitchen with professionalism!
