I purchased a live Christmas tree from Eugene, He was very helpful and pleasant. He took out trees so I could look at them. Trimmed the tree,put my stand on,and loaded into car and tied trunk down for me. I would highly recommend that Eugene was hired permanently. He is a great asset to your company values.

We actually found what we were looking for, but waited approx 10-15 mins for help from an associate. Also aisles in "Flooring" were a little cluttered with messy stacks of flooring. (Pallet of wood floor planks..maybe a return?) Made it difficult to manuever aisles with a basket.

I was very pleased with the help I got selecting the right paint. Your associate Rene advised me on choosing the right sheen and and had the paint mixed up in just a few minutes. She is always cheerful and friendly.

As I walked in I was greeted by someone that asked me if I needed help. He pointed out the exact location for the product I was looking for. I was very happy I didn't have to your the entire store to find what I was looking for.

The Tool Rental gave me a verbal phone price, and a completely different price upon my driving 90 miles to rent a Stump Grinder. The Associate in the Building Department receives five star rating, as well as the check out lady.

Clean, organized, well lit. Sales people know where stuff is!

Needed help in selecting and locating enough of the required tile products. The lady helping us was on the ball. She quickly found the additional products, checked us out immediately after we got the merchandise, and walked us out of the store.

Allan was very nice and warm. He made it easier to get the information that was necessary for me to get the job done.

Shopping at Home Depot is always a pleasant experience. The greeter at the door can usually direct me toward the correct area of the store. Once there, the store associates are always friendly and helpful. I appreciate being able to get in and out with whatever I came in for in a short amount of time.

Everyone was friendly and helpful to the person. I had a product that I needed help with and wanted to ask questions. An associate in the plumbing department approached me (Alan). I didn't have to search for one. He knew products, what I would probably need for my project, assured me they were returnable, was physically helpful with loading to a cart, had a good sense of humor, was efficient which meant it all took very little time. I liked the store because it was easy to move through when I was done with selections. Very refreshing visit.

I'm female, 70, and needed plumbing parts. Alan, in plumbing, was so knowledgeable, very respectful. This store had friendly and eager to help staff throughout.

HD is my go to store for repair items I need around my house. As a single mom, the guys/girls always help me find what I need. The selection of items is large and the price is fair. I was surprised at the way the parking lot was in. There were many carts with trash in them all over the lot and trash all over the lot! Very dirty!!! Overall experience was a good one but I do not like fighting with large boxes in the parking lot to park my car!!!!

The pro desk is great, and super helpful. The loading dock staff are amazing, they do a super good job.

The store was great, They are really gearing up for the holidays and Black Friday Specials. Cant wait to see everything completed.

I am at Home Depot daily and the app helps me locate products very easy no matter which store I am at.

I love the selection of fake Christmas trees and found one that we will be purchasing next week---my husband and I went to different stores and found the prices at Home Depot much more reasonable and affordable

I very much like Home Depot. The only area for improvement is a need to have more people on the floor with correct knowledge to assist consumers. I often experience too few helpers on the floor, and a few times I am given inexperienced advice. Training and experience regarding department merchandise would be stellar but perhaps not practical in today's competitive marketplace.

wanted to get an idea and rough estimate about installing floor tile. the two tile type/colors i wanted had no price tag, and there was no one around for the 15 minutes i was there. then, i needed to find someone to give me the estimate for floor tile installation, i went to the pain consultant, she was nice enough to as around for help. the representative that came buy was not interested in really providing any serious help. so i waled out without wasting anymore time there. i am not a regular home depot goer, but when i needed real business, nothing real was provided.

This store staff is always very friendly. They also always offer assisitance without hesitation. The only thing that could make the store better might be more associates. On occasion it is difficult to find one available.

RE: Customer Service We found a kitchen faucet that we liked and that was recommended by one of the store's associates for a house we were attempting to sell. It was aesthetically appealing and priced right for our purpose. When the associate found that the store was out of inventory on this particular item, he offered us an upgraded faucet that we liked at the same price. That's what I call exceptional customer service. Kudos to the management for empowering your staff to make these kind of decisions to keep your customers happy!

The sales associate Susan was very helpful showing me where spaypaint was and then brought me upfront and checked me out.

The sales associate was absolutely outstanding with her help. I couldn't be more pleased. Not only did I get what I came for, but at a terrific price. The very nice young man who put an 8' stepladder into my mid-sized car was extremely helpful and did a wonderful job of finding a way to get it to fit. I will look for both of them and the nice lady who realized I would need help getting the ladder into the car on my future visits. In all the years I have shopped at Home Depot, this was the most positive experience I've ever had.

This is my favorite store for any project and definitely the best for getting qualified assistance from Home Depot employees. Every department is a nice mix of both young and old, skilled employees with a wide assortment of building trade backgrounds. Their ability to adjust their explanations to the level of the customer is also noteworthy. Many of these folks could easily become my personal friends were we to meet under different circumstances. Home Depot seems to be particularly expert at finding the right employees and keeping them. Kudos once again as I leave my most recent store visit with a full pickup truck of flooring and ceramic tile and a peaceful feeling.

I ALWAYS FIND WHAT I NEED, WITH HELP OR WITHOUT. CHECK OUT IS EASY AND FAST.

It was very quick and efficient to find what I needed then get out.
