I received help in this store right away and didn’t have to wait. The person who helped me was very nice and knowledgeable and I walked out with a new refrigerator and I’m so happy with my purchase.

Best location in Tucson!

This Home Depot location was taking great steps to keep all of its customers and employees safe during this trying time. Tom in appliances was amazing and made the experience easy and helped us save as much as possible on an item that was an unexpected cost. The cashiers were all friendly and the line moved quickly. Great experience!

Store is fine but customer service desk doesn’t know about all clean air Arizona programs and vouchers

I have found the product availability and assistance to be great. Sometimes the available assistance is a little sparse, but if I'm patient I always get the help I need.

Rafael's help was outstanding. He helped me find all the products I was looking for that I needed to redo the plumbing in two bathrooms. Great help that probably saved me an hour of time looking for the products by myself. Thanks!!!

Customer service was excellent.

Our sales person's name was Tom Kennedy in the appliance department. He really knew about the washer and dryer we bought and suggested some other purchases that would be beneficial to us.

Bette was very helpful. We were looking for a freezer and she knew that some had been delivered the night before and she actually went and check the back stock to see if it was still there and still available. She didn't just rely on the computer. So many times I have gone in and they say yes, it is on the shelf, when it isn't or no, its not in the computer when there is obviously some on the shelf. Computers are great but they do not know everything. Putting eyes on the merchandise makes a difference. She was busy but she took the time to help us and didn't just do the very bare minimum to get us out of her hair. Thanks Bette! We are glad to see that there still are a few who know how to give customer service.
