Always find what I need

Paint employees helpful and friendly. Cashier was wonderful.

Customer service is extremely rude and unhelpful. Employees were unhelpful and generally seemed disinterested in assisting people. One employee simply told me “this is not my area, you’ll have to wait until they get back for help” then they continued to wipe down a counter.

I frequent this store often for my business and personnel needs. I am always given great customer service at checkout, Pro Desk, and when I purchase appliances, and recently carpet and tile.

Cashiers were very helpful, and friendly, the staff of the floor went out of the way to help me find what I was looking. Store was clean and well stocked

Andrea at the service desk was a total sweetheart! Good customer service. I came in with a mess of returns and she handled it great, and was very helpful.

While everything at this store is good to go, there is one exception to prove the rule. The bathroom (Men's). There is always something broken or in need of attention every time I walk in. Not sure why, but this location never seems to its act together when it comes to the bathroom, like empty or broken towel dispensers. Dirty is normal here as well, but when things don't work at a Homedepot, it seems like a crime.

I DID FIND THE PRODUCT I WAS LOOKING FOR ALTHOUGH IT WAS TWICE AS LARGE AS WHAT I REQUIRED BUT I MET A WORKER THERE WHO AGREED TO CUT THE ITEM IN HALF TO THE EXACT SIZE I NEED WHEN I WAS READY TO BUY IT AND HE DID. ALSO, THE STORE WAS VERY CLEAN AND I FOUND MY PRODUCT EASILY.

Good Job, to the friendly folks on Broadway. ANY employee I came across wanted to help me. To me if I go into a store and ask a question from an employee and they act like they have better things to do, WELLLLLLL, I will walk right out of the store. But the times I have been there not one person has acted that way. Love your store and Thank you. Keep up the good work!

Well stocked and organized store but lack of employees to help in the shopping areas

Josh from plumbing does an excellent job with what he is given. he works hard and does the right thing. The store is understaffed and people are always waiting for service.
