The lady in the counter tops area was great! She was really knowledgeable and helpful with our counter top selection.

We are so pleased with the service we received from associate Felicia. She helped in several Departments, none being in her Home Department, yet she was super informative and was able to do special orders in 2 different Departments. She’s very knowledgeable and honestly should train other associates on helping in all areas of the Store. What a bonus to the Store to have 50 Felicias in the Store giving outstanding customer service!!

This place is great! Smells good, there's plenty of help around and as a new homeowner, I have tons of questions which they are super happy to answer!

I needed a specific product and asked for help. The associate pointed to a top shelf and ran off. I am 5'1 and was unable to reach the top shelf. I grabbed the corner of a box and it fell over. The product was not the correct one so I ended up climbing on the bottom shelf to reach a box further back on the shelf. The customer service was awful! The associate could have easily grabbed the product for me - it would have taken 10 seconds of his time. Am I not worthy of 10 seconds?

Of the four Home Depots in the area this store seems to be better stocked with the materials I usually need.

It was easy and quick to find an employee to assist in finding the items we needed. When interested in a particular product, the employee was knowledgeable and explained the product in a way we could understand. So appreciative of the training your company provides to your employees so they can give clear and understandable answers regarding the products you sell.

The Tumwater Home Depot has never failed to deliver on the items I need for any home improvement projects I've done. Great store with lots of knowledgeable great people. Thank you!

I'm always able to find what I need at this store. It is not hard to locate an associate to help when I need it.

Tumwater Home Depot is my #1 store. I manage an apartment complex (181 units strong) and depend on Home Depot to supply us with needed materials - no hazzle and no waiting! The team at the Tumwater store is always friendly, eager to assist and knowledgable of products. I visit often and always find the store to be clean and easy to shop. Sometimes, I find myself "wandering" the isles just to see what else I might need :) In short - Tumwater Team is a Winner!

We really like Home Depot but sometimes find Tumwater isn't sufficiently stocked based on what they are showing online and we have to head over to the Olympia store for the remainder of our itens. But it's convenient and the staff are very friendly for the most part. And of course they carry the expansive selection of Home Improvement products that Home Depot is famous for.

Customer service is important. We are appalled at your store’s lack of it. We sent a review but because we mentioned a comparison between your store and competitors by name, apparently you weren’t interested in reading it. Your store, for so many years, was customer friendly. Staff were informed, pleasant, and supervised. None of that today. We are not sure we want to return. Hope a loss of customers meets your guideline standards.

My complaint is for one particular visit on 4/21/21. I have shopped at this store for years and receive a military discount with my purchases every time that I can think of, except today. I made a purchase of Vigoro Black Mulch and did not receive a military discount for it because the cashier (Kathleen) said I wouldn't get one because the mulch was a "commodity". She was not very friendly, either, and seemed irritated with me about asking why I couldn't get the discount. She even said she would "try again" for the discount but the "system" didn't allow it and she said, "See? Zero. No discount." This is the first time I have heard of this and, as a matter of fact, I received the discount for the same product, from the same store, on 4/5/21. This was an isolated instance therefore I still recommend this store to others because I have had favorable experiences here.

I’ve been shopping at this Home Depot for years, the employees definitely do come and go in the knowledge is sometimes hit or miss. But as of lately the employees have been extremely friendly, knowledgeable, with great attitudes and sincerely wanting to help demeanor. I’m not sure if it’s because of COVID-19, or just the fact that the country needs to come together and they are doing their best. But for whatever reason the store is definitely above and beyond the norm and making it easier and easier to get in and out with the things I need. Thank you Tumwater Home Depot and all the employees, you’re doing a great job.

This store was exceptional in service and products.

Richelle helped save the day. I flagged down Richelle who was working a different department than the one I was looking for a part in. Richelle walked me to the exact part I needed even though it was out of her way, after the customer service folks sent me on a goose chase which I specifically asked them not to do. The customer service people were just standing around talking and could have helped me lookup the part I needed but sent me on a walk throughout the store even though I specifically asked not to have to walk all around because of covid. Please offer the customer service department some extra training or guidelines on how to help people in a better way such as how Richelle did. Thx

One of the best parts about shopping at Home Depot is their 70% cull wood bin. Currently I have been told that this well used process is not longer available. Please reconsider instating the 70% cull bin! Also, I shop at Home Depot regularly and accumulate many of the survey entries over a month; a 14 day expiration date is too short, please revise that rule to 30 days.

i feel its a great store i can't remember once ever getting up set there. love the workers some stand out more then others but all in all very helpful.

Best thing about this store is that I can shop online and write down the aisle and bay numbers and like some others, the product is where the web site said it would be.

Store has good effort to keep the items they stock available, even though they don't have everything that some stores do. That being the case, it is still quite rare I need to run across town for a thing they didn't carry. The millwork & moulding section seems more sparse in options than i remember it recently, and some things you used to be able to get in length (vinyl brickmold) seem to have been reduced to a single dimension kit. Since I was going to use the brickmold as edging for a small project I had to find something else with a profile i liked to work. I am happy with the alternatives I went with even though my first choices were not available.

The Tumwater Home Depot has been my go to for everything related to outdoor living for the past 15 years that I have lived in the area! Always exceptional staff and I have also made several appliance purchases/installations, as well as a complete kitchen upgrade! Fantastic service and follow up! Looking forward to my bathroom remodel next!

Store was clean and organized, social distancing and face mask were followed by the associates. All 3 associates on the different areas I shopped were very helpful
