Usually when I walk into big box stores and start looking for an item and need help the employees run in the other direction! Not at this store. I was immediately approached by several employees who knew exactly where to go and found what I needed. AND they had a smile on their faces! I'll be back!

As soon as I looked and felt lost, multiple associates noticed! I didn't have to search for an associate nor did I waste time searching every isle for my list. I'm very satisfied!

Very good experience. The sales associate was very friendly and informative.

I always find what I need at this store. They are very kid friendly and I like that they allow me to walk around and see what inspires me without hounding me.

Sharly was very helpful at the paint counter. I told her what I was looking for and she mixed up my paint right away.The store was very neat and clean also, very nice. Would be glad to shop here again.

The store has a very welcoming atmosphere and the people are helpful and kind. And the set up is very well organized.

An Associate approached me as I walked in the door, looked up my product in the computer and gave me directions which made it quick and easy to find!

Have great associates in the lumber section. For an older lady who has little knowledge, your associates showed knowledge, patience, and willingness to help for as long as it takes. Awesome assistance with loading. Smiles all around from casher, associate to customer. Big project made simple, Thanks Home Depot!

Started in what I thought was where it should be but associate quickly guided me to where I should be. Was in a hurry to get back to my projects due to very nice day. Found exactly what I needed and cashier got me taken care of in great time. Was very busy with the nice day but everything seemed to be going very smoothly. Never know it by how full the parking lot was. Enjoy shopping at this store quite a bit.

I went to this Home Depot after the closer hardware store to my house did not have what I needed. I knew that Home Depot would. I was working on a project making shelves out of plumbing pipe and found what I needed. Glas their store associate was so helpful. He talked me through the project, made sure I had everything I needed and also made sure I was purchasing it all in the most economical way. Way to go. I will definately be back!!

I shop at Home Depot often. I generally use the Urbandale Home Depot for my needs. The store always seems to be in good condition, but depending on the time of day, it can be difficult to find associates, and sometimes when you find them, it doesn't seem as though they are adequately trained with product knowledge. Overall, my experiences are usually decent enough to keep me away from the competitors.

The store associate-Rochelle- was very helpful and assisted us on finding a battery charger for our Mikita drill. We ended up ordering it on-line and she did all the work for us and showed me everything.

Lawn product was huge and I found just what I was looking for.

I had a fabulous experience with customer service at this Home Depot today. I walked out with everything I needed for a project to adapt an item for a student with special needs. I wasn't sure exactly what I needed when I walked into the store and only had a picture I printed off the internet of what I was hoping to achieve. With a store associate's help and less than $5 spent, I walked out with just what I needed and in much less time than it would have taken me to wander the aisles myself. Thank you!

The store was clean and the staff was very helpful in answering our questions.

We required assistance during this visit with selecting the proper deck screws for our project. David F. helped us and was very knowledgeable and courteous in doing so. David has a working knowledge of construction and can answer any question and give helpful advise. He is a true credit to the Home Depot team. It is the fast and friendly help that we get and the Military Appreciation Discount that brings us back to the Home Depot Store in Urbandale Iowa.

Quickly found just what I needed to fix my grill, parts were available and in stock! So fixed the grill in time to still make dinner, happy wife and dinner saved! The night could have gone the other way, but Home Depot saved the day! Thank you for saving my evening.

The Urbandale store is well organized and clean! Products are easy to find and their associates are very friendly and always extremely helpful. Love the ladies in the paint department!

you tube couldn't help as much as this associate did for helping me plumb my shower! Made it easy with shark bite without expensive tools! Would have otherwise been expensive problem to higher plumber for old shower! Just brought the associate a picture of my shower pipes on the phone and he helped me know exactly what to do!

EVERYONE IS ALWAYS HELPFUL. LOVE THE LADIES IN THE PAINT DEPARTMENT .

Great store And more experienced available associates

I was sent by the contractor working on my home to pick up some supplies. I went to the building material area and received fabulous customer service. The associate took me right to the dhoe molding, explained the difference in types and helped me make a decision. He then cut the pieces to requested sizes, took them to the checkout where he bound the pieces together. He insisted on loading them into my car. He even placed a red flag on the end and tied my trunk down. I have Never had such great service. In addition several associates greeted me and the cashier was most pleasant. This is my store of choice from now on!

The help I received to correct a problem that they did not cause was excellent. The maker of the product was the problem, not this store. I would use this store again because of how they handled these problems.

I couldn't find someone to help me and then when I did, they didn't know where to find some of the items I was looking for.

The store is clean and well organized. I especially enjoy the great deals available with mulch bags that are damaged (half off).
