The store was clean and was very happy with the help from the store associate in the gardening section.

Our sales associate, Ms. Jami Mullins, was extremely helpful in our selection on carpeting. She was very friendly and easy to work with. She even followed up after we received our quote and helped save some additional cash by applying discounts we were not aware of.

Our sales representative Gary was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. We will return to Gary in the future for additional purchases.

Items difficult to find, this location never seems to be stocked with all the items I need. About 2/3 of sales associates are good and helpful but this location seems to have a lot of poor associates. Only because of closeness in the area do I use this Home Depot. I prefer Chesterfield 23/Gratiot location best. I have used other local HD's but this one has stunk for years.

Store Associate was helpful and saved me alot of time!

The store associate in the Paint Dept. was very helpful. He was able to advise me on a project that I did not even think could be done. He helped me locate all of the materials and guided me with instructions on how to complete the paint job. Thanks for the awesome service

The staff was friendly and very helpful. They told me about the product I was interested in so I could make a better decision on the needs of the product for my home. The checkout was very effiscient and quick. Thank you for all the help

The associate in Kitchen & Bath was Awesome. My wife and I went in looking for a new bathroom & She (The associate) did all of the leg work. She answered all of our questions and then some. We left the store with a new bathroom & a new friend.

The door that was on special order came in at the time designated and was ready for pick up.

products are well organized and easy to find. store associates are well informed and very helpful. products could be removed from isles to improve cleanliness (use end caps/shelves to display merchandise).

Home Depot had the right tool which I was looking for and it happen to be on sale for $8.00 less than original price.

Very helpful employees had a good over all experience

This is the store I shop at the most as it is less then a mile from my home. I am a licensed residential general contractor and always appreciate the associates at the Pro Desk. Matt is always attentive to my questions and offering help whenever needed. Pam who works the check out always has a fantastic smile on her face, great attitude and really cares about her clients. I have been praying for her quick and solid recovery as she recently had surgery. She is thoroughly missed but has some fantastic team mates helping in her place.

All associates were friendly, offering their assistance to find what I was shopping for, and ALL seemed very knowledgeable about the products I spoke to them about. It's a PLEASURE to shop at and/or just browse through a store with so many readily available and helpful associates! Nowadays, unfortunately, that seems to be a rare commodity:( As a new homeowner who enjoys DIY tasks and saving money, I know I will be spending A LOT of time at this Home Depot!

The Utica Home Depot is always my go to store. The associates are always super knowledgable and helpful whenever I have questions. On this visit my girlfriend and I were shopping for our first christmas tree to to go into our very first home. Right away the manager Paul saw us looking and was ready to help. It was almost as if we had a personal shopper with us the whole time. Paul and Christy in the garden area both help us find everything we needed to make sure our christmas tree would work and look great. Paul made a lot of suggestions on products we might need. And anytime I would say we didn't have something he knew exactly what we needed and was able to get it for us quickly. I always have the best service at the Utica Home Depot no matter which department I go to. I always find a smiling face and someone who knows how to help me. You have earned a customer for life.
