This Home Depot is truly a nice Home Depot. The employees are super friendly and the place is very clean. It is easy to access from I-205 and always seems to have things in stock

This store and the one at Jantzen Beach have different qualities in the same product. AND, sometimes they are different. I noticed a change in the railing after it was bought and installed and painted.

My wife and I had such a great experience with Shellie in custom cabinets for a project last year that we came back this year to do it all again with her for a new cabinet and countertop project. She is professional and talented in designing to our requests but isn't afraid to give us additional design ideas that totally improve our designs. She was nice enough to put up with our small couples squabbles deciding on different things and she has a fun sense of humor. Last but not least she was helpful in making sure we were getting the best deals available to keep our project affordable. Thanks Shellie from Kate and Dave!

It’s disappointing that the store has moved to mostly all self checkout requiring customers to replace a checkers job without compensation.

I am doing a home improvement project and was very happy with the service and friendliness of the Home Depot employees.

Buying a damaged sheet of T-111 was okay until I got it home and meas=ured to cut only to find it was not only damaged but cut 8" narrower than its full 48" width. I was unable to use it and while I appreciate the discount, the piece should not have been retailed at full price of $80 minus the discount. The cashier even measu3red it and told me it was a 4'X9' piece. Not a good experience

Pricing a bit high. Something’s you can find less expensive other places for same thing

I went to this Home Depot because I had seen the variety and healthy plants they for purchase.

Do much shopping here. Usually find everything I am looking for.

This weekend I went to Home Depot to get some things, one of them being some Black Mulch for the yard. I picked up 10 bags, I loaded them on a flat cart, and during checkout, the checkout lady said, if you pull up over there, we will load them in your truck for you. I told her thanks but I could get it and she explained to me where I can go anytime to get things loaded and I appreciated that as I didn't know they would do that. When I was at my truck in the parking lot, a young employee came up and started to help me load the bags into the back of my truck. I said I got it and he insisted and helped me load them up along with a 8X10 area carpet. He then explained to me about the pick up area also. Just made me smile and will use this pick up next time I go to get things. They made my day and were so pleasant.

I had a problem with something I bought that was way past Home Depot's return policy. The item had a manufacturer warranty, but required my original receipt, which I did not have. I had the papers for the product and had purchased it with my Home Depot credit card. A helpful employee contacted manager, who gave me a discount on a replacement for my defective item. I am very thankful for their excellent customer service.

No associate initiated contact with me. Walked past several pairs of associates who were interacting with each other and clearly much more interested in chatting with each other than interacting with customers or working. Poor service behavior on the sales floor! Your in-stocks have continued to improve with many fewer outs than on previous visits.

When the installer damaged the air duct with his drill, he told me that "when I could get to it, have someone come out and take the duct out and put in a new one". He told me, "we can't do it." I explained the incident to home Depot , their answer was 'call the installer ". It's not our problem." We didn't purchase a stove, fridge and microwave to be serviced ONLY UNTILL the installer put the items in. We assumed home Depot was a professional honest business. When we explained, we were told a claim was being filed and we would be contacted within 48 hours. There has been no response to us. So as long as you personally hire an installer, home Depot will take NO RESPONSIBILITY for the installer THEY HIRED, to come into our home .

ZERO registers open except for lumber and garden center. Self checkout only. Someone had 4x8 sheets and was blocking 3 of the registers. Lines were getting pretty long. Ridiculous. Scanning gun had trouble reading THE QR code for my military discount even with iPhone screen as bright as it would go. Not a big fan HD. Sunday 11ish. Do better

I live here at Home Depot daily being a handyman in Vancouver wa. Coming here has always been a joyful experience. In the paint department the young gentleman named Liam is so knowledgeable and always goes out of his way to help me and make sure I have a great experience. Dan the Milwaukee man has helped me understand tools and I have purchased thousands in tools here. Nikki at pro services has such a great attitude and is always helpful in diverse situations. Over all great job to all the workers and gaining the knowledge to understand the area they work in. Good job!

I used to dread shopping here, and don't really like it. Last few times I've been in, people have been helpful, and there is usually someone to help you.

Whether purchasing interior products or exterior, the Home Depot customer service has always Remained superior!!

I went in for a valve for my sink where Nick guided me to which one to get. I also stopped at appliances where Chris was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping me pick out a washing machine.

I would suggest placing some kind of customer assistance phone or buzzer in different departments so the customer doesn’t have to ask other customers for help.

I have made many trips to this Vancouver location for my kitchen remodel and each time have been greeted by very helpful employees. Hats off to your team!

I have been shopping at Home Depot for years. It is a great spot for home repairs, contractor products, and everything from dirt to custom-sized doors. I have had good interactions with staff and have been advised well when needing details about a product application.

I like it they have everything

Find it yourself, figure out if what you need by yourself check yourself out while there are recording you to make sure you’re honest and then pay without using such convenience as Apple Pay, really more effort than it’s worth for the prices charged

1. You will not be able to find anyone to help you. They are often chatting amongst themselves while ignoring customers. They will almost certainly be ignorant about whatever you need. 2. After searching the ENTIRE STORE with no help, you will then be treated like a criminal at the self-service checkouts, since the manned registers will be empty 3. BONUS POINTS -- this website claims "ad blockers" prevented this review. Please imagine my tears. YOU SUCK!
