Everything about this store was wonderful. Very good customer service.

It was Sunday 1hr before closing, the outside was a bit messy from the busy day but the associates that helped me could not have been any more helpful!!!!!

i like this store it's close to where i live and i can find almost anything i need.

Went shopping for house plants but there were not enough variety like they use to have. I did manage to find a few but the pricing was confusing because they were not in the correct spot I guess. When I went to checkout, the price was totally different than they had displayed but the cashier got someone to check and they adjusted the price. Everyone was nice and helpful.

I received offers for assistance from multiple employees. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. I normally drive farther to go to the Union location but decided to stay local today and was pleasantly surprised. I will go back and recommend this store.

I went to an associate to schedule a door installation and she remembered me from months ago. I also purchased mulch and another associate showed me where everything was, took care of the cart, and loaded everything into my car. Far better service than other locations!

Generally, my in store experience is always pleasant. Most times, on the way in as I walk the center isle, at least 2 people ask if I need help and they always greet me. I go there frequently, and I think they know me by now. The only way to improve the store, is to make it bigger. This way, I don't have to go to the other stores, or Lowes. Ainsley.

While generally I enjoy this Home Depot, it is more due to it's locality than the service Ive received as of late. I have had to wait abnormally long times to get service in the paint department. Numerous employees pass by and completely ignore you with the least concern. When someone does see you they page for assistance repeatedly and still no result. I generally use the self-service scanner but I recently used a cashier who continued to carry on a long and protracted conversation with another employee as I stood in front of them with only two items. Only after I took an obviously annoyed posture and other customers lined up did the cashier start to work. Other employees are very helpful. When I needed paint as I stated, an employee who had helped my wife in lighting came from there to assist me while others were wandering about and heading to break.

Store associates do not know what a drop light is, do not know what a work light is, do not know what cheesecloth is. Plenty of associates walking around, but difficult to get one for assistance. Cluttered aisles, overly loud music.

Need to either repair or turn the self checkouts on when it is busy. Had to wait in line way too long for the few items I had
