The store employees and manager went above the call of duty to make sure that I got my RV parts after repeated trips back-and-forth to the breakdown Location on the interstate.

The Vicksburg Store is the most ignorant store that I have gone into. No one knows where anything is! They have to pull out their phones and find it on the store map, which may or may not be true. Brookhaven and Hattiesburg stores do not have this problem!!! A couple of workers you had there in the past knew where everything was and yet were not promoted and left their job and took a position elsewhere.

Shopping for flowers to go on the porch. we found some beautiful flower and put them on the porch also replaced the flower in bigger flower pot that we purchase home depot in vicksburg. No picture now until they grow bigger

It is easier to find a rocket to Mars than to find an employee to help. The employees walk around like they are on vacation and are not a work. Make sure you know what you need and where to find it because there is no one to help you.

I made about two phone calls to inquire of availability, price & delivery. It took all of a slight few minutes. The sale was made , with all expectations clear for delivery at a very fair rate, the weather tuned sour but The H D came through like a champ. Thank you.

Young man was in parking lot, helping customer load stones. Made sure to ask us if we were ok. And retrieved ride on cart for my wife. We leave handicapped parking open since I drive her around.

James is one of the friendliest cashier they have there. He is a wealth of knowledge of locations of items around the store. It’s always a pleasure when I walk into the garden area and see him at the checkout stand. I know I will get the best service in Vicksburg when he’s there.

Friendly staff. The store usually has what I need. Isles are always cluttered with sale items making it difficult to push a cart.

I needed paint to touch up my kitchen cabinets. The paint department professional was extremely knowledgeable about preparing the paint that I needed. She even determined that I needed an oil based semi gloss. It is a perfect match to the paint on my kitchen cabinets. She even told me how to clean my brushes.

The Vicksburg store allowed a thief to fraudulently use my credit card number not once but twice.. Thankfully, my credit card company caught it the second time.. I do not understand how this could be allowed!

The new facial recognition verification process Is a sorry way to verify the ability to pay for rentals. Be aware that if your driver's license photo is not pristine, Renter be aware you may have to get bum from the parking lot to rent for you. Make sure the bum has a pristine photo on his or her license though

Destin saved the day while at Home Depot yesterday. Destin offered me help while others were avoiding us.

Don’t bother going in an hour before they close as you will not get waited on. I wanted to buy $180 Dewalt fan and the employees were busy sweeping the floors emptying the cash drawers 45 minutes before the store closed and I could not get anybody to help me get up to where the fan I wanted was and they were more worried about getting out as opposed to helping customers. There were a number of customers walking through the isles like zombies and no employees or approaching them to help them with anything. A very bad shopping experience. Won’t waste my time on going back m will be buying $180 fan from another supplier other than Home Depot. Do not to encourage that type of awful behavior and that comes from the top of whoever that store manager is allowing the employees to ignore customers 45 minutes before closing time. Very dissatisfied

Some associates seem to think it’s not their job to assist customers. It seems to be a bother for them to lay down their personal device or stop their personal conversations. The older black lady at the register by the loading side for lumber is always goes out of her way to be cordial and helpful. There are few others. But for the most part other employees will ignore and/or act as though it is someone else responsibility to assist.

We were missing all 50 bags of concrete and three boards ended up making us waste a day of work they fixed it promptly and brought it the next day

I often shop at this store and the employees are always friendly and helpful whenever I ask them for assistance or information.

I had an issue where all of a ship to store item wasn’t shipped. Erika was awesome. She was friendly and talked with me about the situation and explained everything I needed to do. She went above and beyond.

Home Depot's Vicksburg location renders great customer service! Majority of the staff were very helpful with assisting me within the store. Thank you Customer Service Representative Kristin for taking the time to research the item I presented to you! And for explaining to me the differences in the item offered on Home Depot's website versus the item stocked within the store! These two items looked virtually the same. Thank you again for your great customer service!

Extremely great customer service

Several employees asked if I needed help or if I was finding everything I needed. An item that I wanted was on sale but out of stock already. Scott gave me an upgraded one for the sale price. He went above and beyond to take care of me. Thank You!
