The weed eaters and their accessories were all organized in one part of the store. I was able to buy the parts I wanted and also look at the newest models from ECHO.

We have been so impressed with the friendly and knowledgeable associates!!

I brought in a can of Sherwin Williams paint and a sample board of the color to have matched. The associate looked at the color and proceeded to his computer to find there match to the color. This does not work 4 out of 5 times. The paint was mixed and was a totally different color. I did not even need my glasses to see this. He closes the lid and slides the can to me. I slide it back to him. He looked at me astonished and said " you don't want the paint"? I explain it needs to match. He offered no remedy. I asked If they had a scanner to match the color. He said the computer says that's the right formula and acted as if he couldn't understand why I didn't want the paint he mixed.I left to purchase paint at Sherwin Williams where I can receive professional service.

I shop here often and I have to admit that most of the employees here are friendly and helpful, with a few exceptions. Obviously will keep coming back thanks to those friendly and helpful faces.

Everything was great and easy to find with reasonable prices

The store greeter is always there at the front door to direct each customer. The Associates are always willing to help whether to pull an item off the ledge or order an item if not available in store. The contractor's desk is Awesome, Kristi and Dawn are very knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile for the customer (my experience). Susan is great always smiling and makes conversation with each customer. Johnny and Danny go out of there way to help with the customer's needs. The store manager Quan is very personable and on the floor to make sure the customer's are being taken care of. The Vicksburg Store has an Awesome Crew!!!

I needed help in the tile department, Johnny asked could he be of assistance and we told Johnny that we needed to tile a bathroom. Johnny ask for the dimensions and was able to direct us in the amount of tile we would be needing and the accessories that we needed to put up the tile and went with us to get these items. Johnny and Brian checked us out. Johnny walked out with us and helped John and Cody load the items onto the back of the truck. Kristi, Dawn, Susan, Johnny and Danny these employees are always there to help us with whatever needs we have. I deal with these employees almost each time we go into the store. I will say all the employee's in the Home Depot are very helpful, courteous and friendly. Quan is an Awesome store manager and is always helpful, also.

The people at this store make what it is, not the prices.

I drove fifty miles one way to obtain an electrical part that was needed over the weekend. Your sales associate, Kerry, really took ownership of my problem and sorted out my problems quickly and with a nice savings. He needs a promotion. Wish you had a store full like him.

Your young associate Rhonnie, helped me find a cart to transport my item(smoker) before I went into the store, and told me he would load my smoker after I get it in the store. While loading, he noticed I was a Vietnam Vet, he thanked me for my service and told me he was an Irag Vet. I thanked him for his service. An excellent customer service experience. Somebody needs to compliment this young man on his excellent customer service!!! This happened at approx. 6:30 PM on 6/13/15.

Store was not busy and I found what I needed and wen home.

I was looking for a specific plant in the garden center. Because Home Depot's Garden Center is so well stocked, I had difficulty locating the specific flowers that I came to purchase. A Sales associate directed me to the plants that I was looking for. This saved me time and effort, especially since it was an extremely warm and humid day.

I purchased a flush valve disc for american standard and it fit perfectly:)

The store was very organized. The sales associated were knowledgeable and very helpful.

This associate went beyond the call of duty to walk me through my entire purchase. He not only helped me find the product to begin with but made suggestions on how to install it. He continued to have a board cut for the mounting; walked it to the cashier; and took it out to the car for me. Outstanding.

I love Vicksburg MS's Home Depot! All of the employees that passed by spoke to me. If I was not already with a store associate, assistance was offered. This does not happen in most big box stores but the employees made the difference in my having a regular shopping experience to a great one!

Carla Rather, who is a Customer Order Specialist at the Vicksburg store, pulled together my order for hardwood flooring in my home and did a great job. All The people at the Vicksburg, MS store are the best. They will go to great lengths to get what the customer is asking for.
