Good prices, mostly friendly associates, and almost always have what i need.

Great customer service. Found an associate and had him help us retrieve a product too high to reach.

The store was very organized and everyone was quite happy and joyful. I found my items fairly quick because of the isle markers. That's what I love the most about Home Depot. Things are easy to find.

you commented during survey I answered all the questions the same. Well that is because I go to Home Depot first I need never go to any other building supply, I find what I need mostly all the time at HD with helpful staff available

When I first pulled up there were so many shopping carts in the parking lot. In order not to have my car dinged I parked in an area where I felt my car would not get damaged. Store associates were scarce and when I did find someone to help me it was like I was inconveniencing them by asking where something was located. I was not impressed with this particular Home Depot store but I have been to the one in Apple Valley, CA and was happy with that one.

I was able to find what I saw online late the same day. Found it fast and the cashiers were so polite and friendly. I don't mind shopping at this Victorville store even if I am exhausted because its fast and painless.

Associates are friendly and knowledgeable. I can always count on having my questions answered. And if an associate does not know the answer, they find someone who can address my questions.

I highly recommend anyone to visit this store, the staff was very helpful and took care of all my needs quickly and effectively.

Cooler RWC50 is of the poorest quality in manufacturing ever assembled .My last unit lasted OVER 15 yrs. I doubt this one will last 2 yrs.

Rebecca was our cashier, she was polite, friendly and professional. She is the best cashier we've had the pleasure of meeting in the High Desert. Not only does she provide exceptional customer service but she provides quality customer care!

Very Clean Store, Customer service was great all around, from customer assistance to the check out assistant.

My yard is like a park because of Home Depot. Flowers, Trees, brick walks etc. Thank you to all your people. I have never asked for help and was dissapointed.

The store was clean some of the stuff could of been put on shelves but other than that I would recommend this store.

The only problem is that store needs to stock more stuff.

Lot's of paint colors and styles to choose from. I wish there was a little more assistance in the paint department but overall we were happy.

We needed paint for our house, found the colors we wanted, and they were able to mix them and get us in and out fairly quickly!

The return cashier Sally was extremely friendly and helpful. She provided the BEST customer service I've received at Home Depot. I shop here often and find the store well maintained and stocked. Returning and exchanging items can be challenging but Sally was quick,efficient,and professional. Thank You !

My experiences at home depot only have me to return again and again and again.

For over a month I continually on a daily basis I've gone into home depot for remodeling supplies and not once have I had a bad experience. Everything always went smoothly. Thanks home depot for being you.
