This is a great store. Appropriately stocked, friendly staff and ample staff in all departments. No reason not to shop here.

My last experience at our local Home Depot was absolutely PERFECT. Bought a relatively expensive (to me as a public servant) Honda lawn mower, was given a huge discount by the manager AFTER I had already decided to purchase it. On top of all of that, the Manager even loaded the mower for me. It was a GREAT experience.

Employees are so busy socializing or listening to earbuds, they can't focus on customers. Plus patio furniture that was supposed to be delivered was 2 days late so we had to go in person to get explanation...found out boxed items weren't available only floor models. No could be bothered to let us know.

The employees in this store are great and very friendly. Curtis the manger is doing a very good job. Myra and Debbie in paint very good at what they do and easy to talk to. The pro desk people Tim Monique Kristen and Charlene are very fun to work with and so a great job with us. Cashier Lupe also very helpful and Juan in flooring and blinds very helpful and easy to talk to. They all are always smiling and fun to be around. Great job!

This Office Depot has employees that provide excellent customer service. They go above and beyond to help.

I loved shopping yesterday. I didn't have any trouble finding anything. Did not have to ask for directions or assistance. Great experience. Thanks.

Store is always clean and organized! They have the best customer service of any store like them in the central valley! If they don't have what you want in stores, don't hesitate to order online for in-store pick-up!

One particular cashier at the returns counter was extremely rude. Instead of stapling the 3 receipts together as is customarily done she dropped the unsorted receipts into my hands. Then as I got about 25 feet away and near the exit, she sarcastically shouted out in apparent reference to the unstapled receipts and in the presence of other customers, "have a nice day" to my embarrassment.

Tool rental employee is a dumb. Would not rent a tool because the name on my ID is not the same on my credit card. Mike is the same as Michael, Miguel is the same as Mike, Michael is the same as Miguel. Its all the same name!

Awesome experience! Knowledgeable employees and helpful. The courteous and freindly atmosphere at this store is outstanding. The only other even close is in Hanford.

Chuy went above and beyond average customer service. We had a very long list of items we needed and cuts to be made. An employee named, Matt, however was extremely rude to Chuy and myself. We frequent this store just about every day for parts and material and have always had good experiences. I recommend this store, but do not recommend being helped by Matt.

The store was clean and the inventory was decent. However, every single employee from walking in the door to walking out outright ignored me. I was clearly searching for things, walking up and down aisles several times and was never acknowledged. Employees either continued conversations amongst themselves or proceeded to warmly greet those Directly behind me. I even made eye contact with a few of these employees and continued to be ignored. I have never felt so small and unimportant in a retail store.

I ordered 4 LG kitchen appliances. The employee was excellent!

Unfortunately customer service is low in the lumber department. After several contacts with employees and promised help we where turned away after 40 minutes of our time was waisted. The employee that came to help us told us he couldn’t make those cuts and that we had to leave and had to get the cuts ordered. He also proceeded to tell us that he couldn’t help us because the cuts would take too much time that he could use to help other customers. 30 minutes later we leave very disappointed, time waisted and a little offended that we were treated poorly.

Sales associate Mary was very wonderful and was very knowledgeable. I will be back for sure because of Mary.

Things were in a logical order, just not enough of the product I was looking for.

I tried to use my Home Depot merchandise return card to pay for my purchase. The cashier asked to see my ID. When she entered my name in the computer, both my husband’s and my name popped up. We have different last names so she pointed to his name and asked who that was. When I told her it is my husband, she informed me that he needed to be present in order for me to use MY store credit from items purchased and returned by ME! I was speechless and outraged. How inconvenient. Why would I want to do business with them in the future? Also, there was a guy walking around with a tablet who asked me questions about my water preferences; tap, bottled, filtered. He mumbled and I kept having to ask him to repeat himself. When he asked for my phone number, I declined. He complained saying, in so many words, that this exchange won’t count for him. Yeah? So what? Then he asked for my work number, which I gave, and he asked if there was an extension. I said yes but by this time I was done with this clown, and declined to give him the extension. He looked incredulous and whined that he was going to have to start all over with someone else. How unprofessional. Yeah, I’m done with Home Depot mainly because the holding hostage of your store credit is company wide policy. Not gonna go through that again. Adios!

Shawn Tebbert is one of the best employees in this store. He always helps us happily and has answers to our questions. He cuts the blinds professionally and quickly. You need more like him!

Selection of tools, hardware and friendly staff at pro desk makes my local home Depot worth visiting.

I didn’t see a section to comment on the cashier that helps me regularly... so I will comment here. Lupe is a legit dude and is always friendly although I hope he stays there to help me purchase my materials I do hope Home Depot gives him an opportunity to advance his career. He is real person and I think that’s just what this company needs to better improve its service to contractors and anyone who decides to shop at the visalia Home Depot. Thank you for the great service thumbs up

This store has it all, for any project..plus they rent tools at a good price

The employees at this Home Depot are always friendly and knowledgeable. Without a doubt, they are there to help the customer: they will walk you to the product and give you background along the way. The cleanliness of the facility and the contentment of the employees make for an enjoyable experience. I must say that I have gotten advice that allows me to do a job for which I otherwise would have had to pay a lot of money to a professional.
