What a wonderful experience I have shopping at this location no matter what I need in the store. I always enter near the Lumber area so I can pass by the pro desk just to say hello to the friendly employees that work there.. These guys go above and beyond my expectations when ordering materials or looking for something I cannot find.

The employee customer service was incredible. Dallas, went above and beyond and create an experience that was second to none! Denise and Abigail jumped in to assist as well. Dallis showed leadership and expertise!

New products you buy are damaged. I spent close to $600 dollars for a product and get it home to find out it's damaged. I did not go to work and work my butt off for expensive junk. Not mention the hassle to return and replace it. Was never offered help and I have knee and back issues. Past five young men that work there, not one offered to help much less offer to get me a dolly....

I knew nothing about quartz countertops and the salesperson helped me understand the qualities and pros and cons while choosing countertops. The salesperson made the shopping experience easy and I loved what I chose. The salesperson helped me set up installers and plumbers, I did not have to do anything.

Jaz at the customer service desk made my day today by taking care of a problem for me very professional, friendly and with a smile on her face the entire time. It was such a pleasant experience and I thank this young lady Jaz for it. She took care of my needs timely, efficiently and to my satisfaction. Thank you again Jaz!!!

My husband and I had checked the stock online to find a particular holiday item. When we got to the store, it was not on the floor but one employee, Ken, was determined to find the item for us and checked different areas until he found a brand new one in the box! He really went above and beyond!

I'm very please with the service given to me at home depot in Madison, Al . I would recommend visiting for appliances.

It took me quite a while to get someone to help my wife (an invalid in a wheelchair) and I what to buy and when we finally got someone he was inexperienced and took a very long time to do the computer work. I'm not sure that the installation service invoice is correct and I can't determine who is going to do the installation or how to contact them. The installation install time period is 3 month wide and we need the installation quickly for my wife.

Jason was Awesome!!! He was very informative. He helped us find our lumbar for the pantry shelf, cut it down safely and very conversational.

Bought a Cub Cadet XT1 LT46 riding lawnmower and the Sales Associate worked with me to get a lower price than the retail price. In the in-store Order Up application, the price of the riding mower was showing a price less than the on-line, in-store price tag. She manipulated the system to give me the lower price.

I bought a returned item, a over the counter microwave. Last one in stock of the size I needed. Crystal and Adrienne provided great customer service as well as a discount for a returned/ open box.

Guadalupe greeted me as I walked in and asked if I needed help with anything. I did and she took me directly to the items vs taking her phone out to look it up and telling me the aisle /bay. A different store would have done that. Saved me alot of time . Thank you!!

I have shopped at this location since the opening here in Madison but recently there is a new gentleman there who goes by Kenn and his customer service is something you just can’t teach! I’m a frequent shopper and there has yet to be an experience where I was not greeted with a smile and genuine concern of my shopping needs! If The Home Depot wants to ensure they keep loyal customers they would invest in more people like that young man! He is just an overall good human being and that’s so hard to find in today’s society. He’s awesome!

I went to returns and didn’t have my receipt. The girl at the return desk exchanged the items i had to the appropriate size i needed quick and easily.

Was offered help in the parking lot to load a very weighed down cart into an already full car, was approached multiple times by different employees while inside asking if I needed assistance.

I bought a new Toro Lawn mower the wheel feel off the 1st 40 minutes from being brought from the store, the manager gave me an option to order the wheel hub, or bring it in for a refund or exchange it for a new one. Great customer service keep it up.

If you are looking for really nice terra cotta or glazed ceramic pots for your porch or patio -- check out the selection here. Home Depot always has the best selection of different types of real ceramic pots -- at reasonable prices. I bought two large terra cotta pots to plant my olive trees in. They look great on my patio!

I arrived at Home Depot in a hurry trying to get back to a project. Upon getting my items and heading to checkout, I noticed a line starting to form. Before I had the opportunity to get upset on of the customer reps immediately noticed the line beginning to form and quickly opened up an additional register. I want to recognize Amber Jones for going above and beyond to help me with my painting project. AJ is a valuable asset to HD. AJ patiently explained the difference in paint types, the brand types and provided recommendations to what might work best for my project. She has that charm and warmth that makes a customer feel engaged and not rushed. She knew her stuff and I truly felt she had my interest in at heart. Justin, the Manager, was never too busy to listen to what I had to say. Thank you.
