I’ve never been disappointed in the store or the people working there.

I ordered a dishwasher and a range from Home Depot and was given a delivery date by Home Depot. I took off from work to be there for delivery. I was contacted the evening before the delivery to be told my order was being delayed. I called back and sole to a customer service representative that gave me no new date and that I would be called 48 hours before they decided they were going to deliver the products I had already paid for. She said she couldn’t give me a date. I told her that my oven wasn’t working and that is why I bought a new one. I told her that I was replacing the garbage LG dishwasher that I had purchased from HOME DEPOT that lasted a few months over the 12 month warranty. The representative then called the supplier and was able to tell me the items would arrive a week later. So now I am without the items I purchased, $2000+ until they bring them and install them, the $700 for the garbage dishwasher they sold me previously and a days pay $240-$300

I don’t blame Home Depot for not stocking the specific item I needed, but I’m disappointed that the staff watched me as I was looking for something that I couldn’t find but they didn’t offer to help.

I bought this for a home diy project, just what I needed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this tool!!

Waited over 20 min for a representative to arrive in Aisle 2 Electrical section to help me access a locked cabinet for wire. The individual was taking a break and did not respond to 3 announcements over the loudspeakers. I think this should not have been an issue, a customer should not have to wait that long for a customer service response in the store.

Mike, in Appliances at W. Huntsville AL store was most helpful. He was not pushy. Had no "sales pitch." Let us alone while we contemplated. Was there to answer questions when asked. We were there only to look. We ended up spending $2,000 for washer/drier.

Customer service is a joke. You’re at peoples mercy. People who don’t own and don’t understand the concept of needing something RIGHT NOW without a bunch of hoops because they clicked a button and hours of time is now out the window!!

Ordering our flooring from this location was outstanding . The knowledge and kindness we received made it a such a great experience. Teri is amazing at her job which helped make our decision easy.

The guys and gals in the gardening area are awesome, always wiĺling to go above and beyond the call of duty. Once i needed a garden hose holder nd the shelves were empty. The trucks had not been unloaded it was before the holiday. They broke down the truck and got my Holder, they are kind and hard workers. I can't say enough about the garden dept employees as well as customer service personel. Always ready to help and knowledgeable in doing their jobs. Thank you all for your kindness and patience!!!

Today we attempted to load a ton of lumber, but an employee refused to let us pull into the loading dock. The employee also refused to help us load and kept rushing us telling us we needed to hurry up.

On duty manager Jacob very helpful in resolving concern associated with paint purchase. Great customer service.

Had a very pleasant conversation with the retired Army veteran in the paint dept. He was very knowledgeable, really nice! Hire more veterans like him and I’ll shop there all the time.

My family and I were looking for a new washer and dryer and we decided to go to Home Depot to change up the routine. I am so glad we did. I love that Home Depot has an Appliance Specialist there to help out. Stig was very knowledgeable about the washers and dryers, very patient with us, and helpful. The best part is that we found the washer and dryer we were looking for. I will definitely shop here again. The store is neat and the restrooms are clean.
