I hate waiting in the customer service line while the associates are having a discussion that is personal or unrelated to the job. There is way too much unnecessary wait time. Associates from different departments just don't know anything about the items. I also hate buying something, thinking it's new but when you get home it's not. This happened to me serveral time at this location. This trimmer was sold to me as new. This is how it looked out of the box. I brought it back the same day. Waisted time, waisted trip.

Love the service and attention I get when I shop

I bought a refrigerator online from Home Depot several weeks ago and the ordering, delivery, and set up, and customer support, went so smoothly I decided to try them for new front doors and have just started that process.

The credit card company that handles a persons account it terrible. The cashier said that other customers complained too

My visit to the West Macon HD location to purchase a Brad Nailer and base and shoe mouldings was excellent. The Store Manager Ms. T went outside the box to help make my order complete. Thank you!

I was shopping for some lumber, and I had multiple employees welcome me to the store, check to see if I needed any help, and thank me as we were checking out/leaving. It’s refreshing to shop somewhere where the employees seem to be enjoying their work and are so friendly and helpful! I was able to find everything I needed as well.

Store salesperson said install kit was mandatory at extra charge (no opt out) and said it would arrive on truck with dishwasher. It did not. Called delivery customer service who said they would adjust the bill and promised to stay on call with me until their computer system processed the refund. After 30 mins on phone refund still not processed and called dropped (or rep hung up). TWO BROKEN PROMISES IN ONE PURCHASE, what a bargain!

The store was adequately stocked the employees were helpful when prompted. They were polite and arranged my delivery quickly I was very satisfied.

HD has become my go to store over similar stores nearby. The employees are friendly and helpful. My only concern is that often times the item I want is not on the shelf but rather in a box overhead.

The employee in windows and doors was not very knowledgeable and he wasn’t very helpful and was rude

Appliance department had only one person working. She was wonderful when it was finally our turn. There were probably 8-10 customers trying to purchase or get information about Black Friday deals!

This month, I made several purchases at Home Depot, including a fridge, a dishwasher, and vinyl wood floor planks. I keep returning to Home Depot because I always have a positive experience. The staff is friendly and helpful, the store is consistently clean and well-organized, and their prices always fit my budget. It's become my go-to place for home improvement needs, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality products and great customer service.

I ordered a 60in sink and vanity. It is currently “lost” and no one can tell me where it is and an expected arrival date. I ordered this online for ship to store for pickup. It was scheduled to arrive yesterday. The 1-800 service line can not advise where it is or when to expect it and neither can the store. It seems that if no one knows where this order is, that they would ship a new item. Not continue to look for something that has been lost or stolen.

After being a loyal customer and home depot card holder for years using it for all purchases. I paid off home appliances and did use the card for several month because i didn't need anything at the time. When i got ready to do a home remodel to my surprise my 100% paid on time card had been cancelled without notice. This created a negative feeling that has nothing to do with the actual local store. It made me wonder what was going on that made Home Depot do such a ridiculous thing.

Tisa in customer service is great … she was very pleasant and extremely helpful in trying to assist me after having been given wrong stain by paint department. Turns out there was none in the store even though website said 14 cans.she went with me to department to search and once we realized none there she helped me order what I needed for home delivery. So good on her … not so good on HD.

Trying to buy slidding doors and they wouldn't even give me a proper quote

Maybe the employees shouldn't block isles so it isn't so hard to push carts that have products on them.

Bought a new electric water heater and had to return it 3 days later, due to rust flowing out of it and it leaking from the seams. Ms. Ann in customer service met me with a smile and told me she was there to fix my problem and she did exactly that - no hassles, just immediate service with a smile ! Thank You, Thank You, Ms. Ann - you made my week !!

I found the associates to be extremely helpful during my visit. I was greeted as I entered the store and I was helped when I found my department. I was treated exceptionally well by Saketa, who spent the time to help me find exactly what I was looking for. I'm grateful to Machael for assisting me with my purchase to the register. God bless all of the employees at this location! Excellent excellent customer service
