I Love the West Mobile, Alabama store because Most of the time it’s clean, organized and can find what I need . Now there are a lot seasonal merchandise on sale and thinking about getting something the next time I’m there.

I purchase two (2) of these filters today and the ice cubes are gray. It is NOT filtering the water it is added impurities to the water. The new filters do not work. For $70 I am not happy. Would you drink this water?

I was stressed about trying to get credit for mower and I felt like the people were very eager to help me and make my experience great

I went in to purchase cleaning products. As usual, I found what I was looking for that I hadn't been able to find anywhere else. I saw a couple other things I needed and picked those up as well. The cashier that handled my check out was friendly, attentive, took me while another customer left the counter to get something else instead of making me wait, and greeted me as if it was the greatest day ever.

I just bought a portable air conditioner and it's awesome

Today I bought a new refrigerator. I find my best products and deals at Home Depot. My favorite sales associate is Kendra Jenkins. Kendra is very knowledgeable and she also always makes me feel welcome and cared for! I wish there were more representatives like her. She is actually one of the deciding factors of spending money here, or not. I’ve bought several big ticket items from her and I always make sure I request her expertise before each purchase.

Store is always neat and plant are always extremely healthy. Love getting my yard together from here

I love this store,especially the online shopping.I buy most of Christmas gifts online.They have great products at reasonable prices .And the delivery is fast and right to front door.

I went to get a new water heater today. The cashier and the young man who helped me get the water heater and load it on my truck were each very friendly, respectful, and helpful. The store was also clean and uncluttered.

Im a cabinetmaker in Mobile AL. EVERY power tool in my shop are Ridgid. From my table saw to my routers. This brand is in my opinion, is the very best money can buy.

This store always seems to be adequately staffed with knowledgeable people. The store is very clean and aisles cleared allowing for carts to pass. Store seems to be fairly well stocked. It's very well lit and doesn't feel claustrophobic while having a variety of several brands available.

I came to Home Depot Sunday and was disappointed that the chain link parts were being ignored. The shelves were a mess. However, after asking a cashier to send someone to that area to help. I was delighted that a lady named CRISS CAME TO HELP me. She didn’t know the chain link fence parts well but she was so nice, it made me feel better. The main thing I needed was a top rail connector and you had one but it was the bottom of the box and was corroded badly, but took me to the front desk and got me a price reduction. So I was happy again, even though I had to sand the white rust off when I got home. THANKS

I love coming to this store; the employees are always super helpful and I find the store to be well-stocked, which can sometimes be an issue these days.

The West Mobile store is always a wonderful shopping experience. The staff is always knowledgeable, courteous, and always available to answer my questions.

I was looking for a product and couldn't locate it. Criss asked if I needed help, showed me just where the product was and then asked if there was anything else! She gave me a great idea as well! Customer service is not a given anymore, so special to see it alive and well at Home Depot, W. Mobile!

I bought fencing material from this store and had a good experience with store personnel helping me load it on my cart and into my truck. The only time I have ever had anyone help me in the 45 plus years I have been buying from any big box store.
