Beware of taking associate's advice, and purchasing in cash. Home Depot apparently has a problem with shop-lifting and will not accept returns without a receipt or without the purchase being made on credit/debit card.

I WAS SHOPPING FOR PLUMBING PARTS FOR MY MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN AND I COULDN'T FIND A SINGLE PART. I ASKED FOR HELP AND ALAN PULLED TOGETHER ALL OF THE ITEMS ON MY LIST IN LESS THAN 5 MINUTES!!!! ALAN WAS VERY COURTEOUS, HELPFUL AND CHEERFUL!!!! HE IS THE POSTER CHILD FOR AWESOME HOME DEPOT EMPLOYEES!!!!!

Everything was easy to find and the associates were quite helpful. Checkout was easy.

I needed a large amount of floor tile and carpet for four bedrooms. I found good options and had helpful associated who ended up saving me money by recommending a slightly different product. It took me less time than I had anticipated. I was very satisfied with this shopping experience.

Cashiers are always energetic and happy to be helping HD customers. I will go out of my way to shop at this location because they are courteous and pleasant to work with.

I was not looking forward to shopping for the items on my list this day. I was unsure of how to locate what I needed, and warehouse stores can be overwhelming because there are so many products. However I sought the assistance of a sales associate who made my experience not only easy, but rewarding! I wish customer service such as this was more common. This associate obviously took pride in The Home Depot and made me feel like I was in a small store with extraordinary personal service. Thank you guys!

i had came in this afternoon and was greeted by a cashier named shireen who had a wonderful smile on her face. she led me to the right direction in which i can find my items quickly instead of looking around for it on my own. shireen was really helpful and helped me check out my items at a fast speed and was quick on her feet. i really appericate all the help i got from her.

The staff at this Home Depot provided superior customer service to my wife and me and we were able to complete a difficult home project through their expert advice and selling us the right tools.

I was treated extremely poorly by the cashier (Ela Susan). She was rude, disrespectful, loud, insulting, condescending - a horrible experience. I am considering not shopping there anymore and driving a longer distance to patronize Lowes. I will not tolerate being disrespected by your employee(s). Please note that I am redecorating my house and landscaping and have spent $1000's of dollars in your store just in the last few months. I should not have to argue with a cashier and become upset just to spend money in your store. She was disrespectful all the way through the very end of the transaction. Never apologized - in fact was still antagonistic as I was leaving.

I spoke with an associate in Doors about a problem I was having with another store. He took me to talk to the installer for his store. She gave me some great advice, which helped me resolve the problem with the other store. Very helpful folks.

Being layedoff recently has given more time to do around the house. In the last two weeks I have been to my local store and was able to find everything from frass seed, to saw blade replacement, to garden selections, to now paint. Have a good experience every time. Thanks

Associate wouldn't help me re-key a lock because it was his lunch time. The one he finally got to do it, after my complaining, argued with his co-worker before getting to my lock, 15 minutes later. When I needed help re-keying the lock, the associate instead left his area to help 2 young girls wearing next to nothing and go to plumbing, eventhough I was there first. I finally got the help I needed, and on my way out, a different male associate is working with the 2 girls and he just gave them the pvc pipe they had. After shopping with Home Depot for over 15 years and doing construction for 2 years, remodeling 2 homes and a salon, I've never seen such cultural problems. The worst part is that all the employees were pleasant, and no one thought they were doing something wrong. This tells you that the management is accepting of this type of behavior. Shop at a different depot.

I shop here on a regular basis for work and for home projects. I have had more help here and have learned more from the experts in this store regarding plumbing, irrigation, and electrical then any other store! Everyone is very friendly and helpful! Best Home Depot I've ever been too!

This Home Depot is Organized and laid out perfectly. It's so easy to find everything you need.

A Home Depot is a Home Depot unless you shop at the one in West Sacramento. By far, they have the most helpful sales associates of any home supply store I have been to. The selections are the same from store to store but you cannot get the helpful service like you can here. I am a home repair nimrod and they are always taking care of me and helping me find the right solution to my problems. I highly recommend this store and it is well worth the drive. I have 2 stores closer to my house but this is the only one I will shop at.

the store was very clean and the associates were very helpful, i have another store closer to me but i refer to use the west Sacramento store due to the experiance of the associates and the quality of goods and services.

I usually don't care to visit home improvement stores as I've always felt the atmosphere to be not so friendly and also it always felt like the staff was less inclined to help you if you didn't seem knowledgeable yourself. This location was surprisingly full of very helpful and very friendly staff! They have made me a loyal customer!
