Best Home Depot in the Sacramento area, and I have been to just about all of them!

I think that as a store you could not do better shopping than at the west sacramento Home Depot thier staff is eager to help and make sure your experience is good they are very helpful and the product selection is great.

I had the best experience ever at this location today. A young man by the name of Chris assisted me with locating all of the items I needed which greatly reduced the amount of time I had to spend wandering around in the store. He was polite, congenial, and very helpful.

Maricela at the returns counter was very helpful and knowledgeable about the location of the products I was shopping for.

Although the Truxel Home Depot is closer to home, I go out of my way to West Sac Home Depot for a consistently over-all better shopping experience. Cleaner store - friendlier, more helpful staff - easy freeway access. My dog even loves West Sac Home Depot and gets excited to go see it's friendly people.

The store was clean efficient, everyone was very helpful, the customer service was awesome.

My experience at home depot has always been positive. Never have problems except an occasional out of stock. But no one can estimate how much of a single item will sell when builders come into town. This store has gotten bigger and busier but still retains the small town friendly feeling. Always willing to help and always has good answers.

The gentleman at the ProRate counter, Chuck, was able to assist in applying a military discount to an online only item. Home Depot usually does not allow military discounts on online orders but he went above and beyond with a great "I cannot promise, but I will try and keep trying" attitude. At one point I considered the going to another store for pick up convenience of the item, however, I doubt I would have had the same level of knowledge or persistence in the purchase experience. I will return to this store for future purchases.

Lavena is a 5 star employee. The store is clean and well stocked and with awesome employees like Lavena I can’t give the store less than 5 stars!
