Everyone I see at the store seems so happy and willing to help. If someone does not have answers for me then they take the time to find someone who can help. I always have a good visit to this store.

My family comes into this store so frequently, we mingle with the associates here. Specifically, Chela or Marciela has been a true angel! She is attentive, knowledgeable and simply a delight when we visit this location. Truly, we enjoy coming to this location for the mere fact she works here! What a wonderful associate. Now, of course there are also other great folks working at The Home Depot at this location though we find ourselves always migrating towards Chela. This store does have the products we need in stock when we come. We love coming here. Thank you, Chela!

Bought a Milwaukee 16 drawer tool chest. Offered to take it apart and helped it fit into my car and my girlfriend’s car. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly.

Always worth the effort to drive out to West Sacramento Home Depot for the extra customer service. Just made an inquiry call about bamboo fencing, and they not only confirmed the availability, specs and cost, but they had it on a cart at the register ready for me purchase it. Less than 5 minutes it was loaded into my car. Easier than making the order online... which is what I normally do.

This store is convenient and they go out their way to assist. Small or large purchase, the treatment is the same.

Jay helped me today at the store, and REALLY knew her section. I was lost, she asked me if I needed help, and I was out of there within minutes because of her. Never had a over the top compliment about this store, but she changed my mind about that today! Thanks Jay!

The W. Sacramento Home Depot store is clean and well stocked with plenty of merchandise and available staff to make shopping an easy chore. The staff is friendly and very helpful as well as knowledgeable in various products. I would go there again for all my outdoor items I need. It also has a Tool Rental facility inside for those odd tools you don't have.

If there was a zero star i would probably give them a zero. Went in the store to get the shelf and electrical cord.Was passed by several store employees but no one bother to ask what i was looking for and if they could be any assist. I was just moving aisle to aisle for the product and found the shelf but the aisle was closed waited but no one came and grab the stuff i needed (and nobody was pulling the stuff down from overhead if the reason for aisle was closed), and on went to get the electrical cord but couldn't find it and went to the lady that was standing may be on returns desk (on the lefthand side of the entrance) her name starts with G or J and asked here where the electrical cord were and her answer go to electrical aisle, i know it will be electrical aisle but there was non, she even bother to ask me what kind what purpose. Man i thought the costumer service was good at home depot but no is not. VERY VERY BAD COSTUMER SERVICE..

Had an excellant experiance today. Adrienne told me about saving money by making my purchase on the HomeDepot card. She was knowledgable and confident about store policies and programs and provided recommendations on how to save money with our planned carpet replacement and home painting projects. As she was taking care of our purchase, she was calling for additional store personnel to more up to help check out other customers. She had excellant “situational awareness” that you don’t see very often in the retail trade.

Store was clean but not friendly at all. Not a single associate said hello or even smiled.

after trying to call HD to confirm a appliance delivery and was put on hold 6 times--I am so mad and disgusted with HD that maybe in time I might calm down----maybe--

This store is always bright, clean, with friendly workers...this includes John Philip who assisted me with a great attitude. I left with everything on my list and was able to start my project early.

Closing time and your associates still took the time to explain the difference between toilet valves. Then after closing was announced they still showed me where to find everything else on my list. Can't get better people than this anywhere. Thanks
