Never having delivery again. Disrespectful delivery persons bring mud all through my house and did not clean it up. If you don't want to clean the house, don't make a mess.I'm in business for myself.This is a golden rule. I'm glad I was not home I would have flipped... bless my wife.

No one wanted to cut pipe, but Norm listened to my project and helped me by cutting 5-3/4"x10ft pipe to size for me! Disappointed in No Veterans Discount, would of left cut pipe IF it wasn't for Norm! He made the sale!

Spent $508 dollars on a Watchdog Sump Pump System to include Watchdog Battery and PVC parts and not one person inquired with assistance. It’s ok as I eventually figured it out completing my purchase But the young lady at the Self Checkout could not have been more helpful and friendly and should be commended! Eric Simon

I ordered 3 sets of window treatments; All 3 sets arrived within 3 weeks as expected. Although all 3 sets were received in store, one set could not be located and had to be reordered. A second set was defective, required my intervention to order a missing part from the vendor, the vendor sent the wrong part 2 weeks later, and the roller blind was returned to Home Depot for reordering. What should have been a 3 week process will now be 2 months. All Home Depot and vendor employees were friendly, professional, and apologetic.

Carpet measure subcontractor quoted project on the cheapest way possible but against industry standards AND common sense about seam locations. Installer advised against placement. Home Depot requested me to pay $1000 to order additional carpet. Error was subcontractors seam placement- not my error! Carpet quote may start low but watch what you are getting and request thorough review of seam placements.

Bri was so very helpful! She was able to answer all of our questions. She is friendly, courteous, polite and very knowledgeable.

I’m not a handy person by any means, so I appreciate it when I need to ask for help with something and not be judged.

I come in often for work (sometimes 4 to 5 times a day) and I’m always greeted with a smile. One employee, Ava, has stood out among the rest. She is a great asset to Home Depot

Brought in a paint chip and they were able to match it almost exactly.

Purchased a washer and dryer. They never installed and just left it in my garage. Two men who couldn’t communicate in English, and not in Home Depot attire. Big waste of time and energy…now it’s my problem. Will not purchase appliance from again.

The young guy in the wood department was great made the cuts I needed and was vary helpful

In our area, there are many choices for home improvement stores to go to— in fact 4 Home Depot locations in a reasonable distance. This one is BY FAR the best not only for cleanliness and ease of finding product, but the team of employees is so kind and helpful. Anytime I have a question or concern, I know it will be responded to swiftly. Most recently, Jennifer was so helpful in helping us find exactly what we needed and checking us out with our new HD credit card. She is the pinnacle of customer service, and her expertise is what sets this Home Depot apart from the other 3 in the area. Kudos to you, Jen!

My husband had been looking for pecan wood for smoking food on the grill. It’s on of our favorite flavors for smoking. We got some chunks and chips for a great price and will be having smoked chicken thighs tonight.
