I live an hour away. That’s why I don’t visit this store often. But you had 16 foot lengths of molding in stock of what I wanted which I couldn’t find here.

Sales Associates were highly helpful and responsive.

A complete Job is made easier when you get ALL the items you need in one trip. The associates at Home Depot help make sure I have some of the little things that I will need, that I don't have on my list. One trip on a job, saves time, gas and customer's confident in my work. this customer dedication is the reason I come back over and over to Home Depot.

I don't know how the other home depot operate and train the employees but I know I haven't met anyone in the store that hasn't been helpful even when shopping being asked if they could help me find something. This is very rare the manager has hired very good people. ,

Excellent service, especially Big Al in the paint department. Very informative, and well stocked with what you need.

Great selection and nice friendly workers

Assistance in plumbing. Given the wrong size water supply line (should have double checked and was going back so not too bad). The quality of the plastic drain body sold was not too good as it broke and will need to replace. Will head to a different store as the options here for a different manufacture for the drain body are limited.

Home Depot is very easy to shop at. All the isles are labeled. Lots of choices. The employees are very friendly and willing to help. They take the time to answer questions, make suggestions and even show you what it will look like on a computer screen. Special orders are quick and easy to do and they ship when they tell you they will. We have been shopping here every since another chain employee told us they didn't have time to answer questions about the product.

Always a great experience at THD

The store was very clean and employees come up and ask if they can help you find something, I do not have to search for someone to help me in this store. I have been back several times and each time I have purchased items and each time have been met by an employee asking if I need help finding anything.

The store is clean for a large home improvement store. The associates are friendly, helpful and take time to help me find and know how to use the products I am purchasing.

Please be advised that I normally don't shop at the Home Depot because there is not one in my area, however it was worth the hour drive to make my purchase. I shall return at a later date.

The employees where very helpful

We finally ordered carpet - was pleased with the person who measured my rooms, how patient the staff was while I made the final decision, staff provided information on the different carpets/padding, finally the installation. Our installer was very good. He was efficient, curtious and cleaned up after the installation. No damage on all the furniture moved in and out of the rooms. I would definitely order carpet from home Depot again.

Whenever I visit they always seem to be sorry handed on the departments and on lot. Not sure why a company that makes so much money can't afford more workers

I go to this location because the staff is experienced and can help you. If you are looking to get a new Kitchen, Ali is wonderful. She is polite, thorough, and helpful . There are a lot of decisions to make and she makes it not so overwhelming.
