I bought a dishwasher Saturday evening . John was so helpful and had everything ready for pickup Sunday. He was friendly and eager to help me and even went to another aisle to get dishwasher kit I needed. helped me make the best selection with my budget .

employees are not only hard to find, but when you do find one they tell you it is not their dept and to look for someone else!

I had no issues finding and deciding on a push mower. However the cashier was unfriendly. She didn't greet me, almost broke my debit card by bending it in half in the machine and although I was friendly she was rude to me. When the transaction was done I told her to have a nice day and she ignored me.

Their inventory and customer service far exceeds the other Home Depot in the area.

I've really gotten to know this store because I'm in there a lot. They do a good job and usually have everything I need. Every now and then there's an employee at the desk who might not be helpful, but usually I get there help I need when I need it.

i like shopping there because is close to all my jobs and home is my number 1 choice before i even think to go somewhere else. a home depot card for sure would be helpful.

I purchased a microwave and paid additional for installation and haul old one away. I was never told that if I had a tile back splash the installers would not install. So now I have a microwave and no way to get old one out or new one installed. Home Depot should have told us that they couldn't install if we had a tile backsplash....I am so upset by this whole ordeal.

I looked at this door online and I thought it would be in stock. It is just a simple door and standard size. Maurine was very helpful. We had someone different help us with the hardware. He was extremely helpful.

I use this home depot on a regular basis everyone is very pleasant to deal with from the young lady working customer pick up on the morning of 10/26 along with everyone else. Always a good morning from the lady at self check out an the one lady at the paint desk. Great customer service

I'm retired and I'm 72 years old, in good health and I'm A female! Thank goodness! I bought 17 bags of potting soil. The cashier said she would get me some help to load it! I waited about 10 minutes or so! No one showed up. The cashier apologised several times! This is the second time it has happened when I buy soil! Thank you, Jill

I want to give the best review for home Depot. From the beginning John b Lewis from appliance helped me by finding the right upright freezer online. I give all of my thanks to Mr John b Lewis for the patience and concern and understanding my first experience of ordering online he helped me complete that and he gets my high score for home Depot we need a lot more people like him to help customers of older age who are learning. Thank you home Depot and thank you Mr John b Lewis for all the help you made it eas I definitely will be using home Depot for any of my other needs for the home you get a high five from me.

I've been to many Home Depot locations across the state of Texas. No one employee in all your stores is more helpful and friendly than Jackie in the Waco store. She always has a smile on her face and always goes out of her way to help. She is the greatest!!

The Waco Home Depot continues to impress me with its cleanliness and friendly staff. I was in a few days ago and had a question about appliances. Spoke with John in the evening. He was not only knowledgeable but genuinely interested in helping me. I’ve noticed over the last few years how clean this HD is. Even the signs in the parking lot are maintained and the walkway into the store is washed regularly. I’m picky about this stuff because i know it sets the tone for my whole experience. Kudos to the mgmt team!! And to John in appliances!!!

Every time I come into the store and use the pro desk the ladies there are excellent they are always very helpful, friendly and polite not to mention professional. There are other stores I can go to and even another Home Depot in town but I will definitely drive extra just because of how good they Pro Desk employees are they need a raise

Jay asked me if I needed help. Researched an item for me, and found the item, which was a feat in itself. You see, someone had pushed the box of supplies to the back, on the floor, and put other stuff in front of it. Impossible to find! Jay would not give up!

Found some great prices on "dirt"; Jeff W, was amazing and loaded it all up for me and even patches holes in the bags.
