We needed an exterior door ASAP and the associate who helped us noticed that the door we selected was slightly damaged. Before we could ask for a discount, he simply gave us a discount. No haggling needed - what a concept. We are very happy with our new door!

I was duly impressed by sales rep, Rod Parks, his direct manager and his helpful sales rep friend! I always shop for hardware items at Home Depot and employees like Rod Parks is why. Just a fantastic guy! Please read prior remarks on previous survey regarding these fine gentlemen...

I went to Home Depot for the first time in my life and i was greeted by friendly faces who were willing to help me on associate in particular (Dante) who helped me out finding the proper equipment to do a yard project i was working on. The store in general had great prices and knowledgeable associates I will return again.

Always a good experience at this store. Cleaner and better organized than some of the others I have visited in the past. The staff is friendly and doesn't seem to mind my 3 kids running around. My kids love it here.

Awa not only matched 6 paint samples (5 of which were perfect). She went above and beyond to meet my needs. She is by far the best employee I've worked w at HD in 30 plus years. She definitely should be training your employees ..Shout out to George as well!

The store looked great and the associates that assisted with my installation order were very pleasant but did not have the necessary training to complete the order quickly. A process that should have taken only 30 or so minutes ended up taking over 1 1/2 hours! To make matters worse, the installation company failed to show up on the date and time scheduled and did not call me until around 4-5pm, by then I was already sure that I had wasted a day. When the installers finally arrived, they were polite and efficient and the install went well. One thing to watch out for is the seam diagram that the measuring service gives you may be changed by the installer. Because of the missed appointment I was not able to be home on the day of the installation and my wife said that she felt "bullied" into signing off on a change to the seam placement which upset me and I would not have agreed to. Very frustrating. Contacted the manager and shared my frustrations, he apologized, promised to look into it and call me back. Guess what, it's been almost 2 weeks and I have not heard a word. They have my money and they have moved on.

My wife and I were in the store to purchase a refrigerator and the Whirlpool that we saw online was not available in the store...we looked at other brands and found one that we liked and discussed it with the associate helping us and bought it. The associate played a major part in our decision to purchase the item from Home Depot.

As soon as I entered the store, an associate greeted me and asked if I needed assistance in locating a product or service. As soon as I advised what I was looking for, the associate immediately pointed me in the right direction. I was able to locate the product I was looking for in a timely manner and was in and out in no time. This is why I like shopping at the Home Depot located on Shiloh Rd. in Kennesaw, GA.

Even though I was purchasing only a packet of nuts,the HD associate was knowledgeable and courteous. A level of service not found everywhere.

I purchased a number of retaining wall block for a job. I needed the associates to assist me in loading specifically due to the hot weather this week. 4, including a manager, assisted and we got it loaded in under 10 minutes!

I was looking for a few items for a project I am working on and went to this Home Depot after already going to several other Home Depots in the area the past few days. The customer service I experienced at this location was above and beyond my expectation! I am completely inexperienced when it comes to finding things for home improvement products so I required some assistance. The staff there could not have been more friendly and helpful! Both Lisa from hardware and Kathy in the paint department as well as others made my shopping there super easy. They really took the time to make sure I was purchasing what I needed to and that I was completely satifisfied before I checked out. Thank you so much to such a great staff!

While shopping at store 1777 in Kennesaw GA I was helped by a man named Dwight. He had great product knowledge and was able to guide me directly to the items I was looking for. In addition, Dwight ensured that he understood my specific project and made recommendations as to how I could achieve my end goal as efficiently as possible. Dwight is a knowledgeable, energetic, and outstanding asset to the company. I am grateful for his assistance and urge that he be recognized for his outstanding performance as an orange blooded employee.

I always find what I want. The associates are so helpful, being a women, that is so important! Love to look for plants, and items for the garden, they have a great variety.

Our new large sink required a whole new set of PVC pipes and fittings, Bob lined the whole thing out on a flat cart and recommended the proper glue package. I was so glad he knew that aisle, the sink is in and we will be telling friends about this location.

Website says what I was looking for was there but in fact it was not. Had to go to a different store to get it.

I got into this store regularly for paint ideas and samples. Both Chase and Cheryl in the paint department help me regularly, and they are amazing. They are eager to help, give great advice, and super friendly. I look forward to seeing them again!

My wife and I frequent this HD and it's usually pretty well staffed, unfortunately during this visit the associates were very scattered and didn't seem too knowledgeable.
