Mark in the Paint Department is helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. I found all the items I needed in this store.. great staff

This is my favorite Home Depot location. I have always had a positive shopping experience every time I've come here. The people that work here are always very friendly, and very helpful. I like this location a lot. Good prices. Clean store, easy to navigate. Good people.

Customer service seems to be a thing of the past Not at H D they want to help and make sure your all set with whatever your project !

The store is nice and neat, there are helpful employees. They help me find the products that I need and answer my questions, friendly cashiers when I check out.

This Home Depot is great. Always friendly and always helpful. They have everything I expect. The paint Department gets every match perfectly. I can always find the orange vested people. If I need specifics one employee goes and finds the one I need.

Overall I would give the store good a rating, employees are fairly knowledgeable & somewhat friendly.

Store employees were friendly and helpful , I liked that I didn't have to search for an employee like other stores !

If you need to return something, make sure that the sales tax is refunded. Sometimes they will try to scam you and not give you the sales tax, despite returning within the return period with a receipt and returning to a store in the same state you bought the item at. If you try to explain your case, the manager will interrupt you, and scream and yell at you to shut you up. If you prove that you are right and the manager is wrong, the manager will simply say "There's nothing I can do for you."

George and Joe at customer pickup have been incredibly helpful during my multiple transactions there. I had ordered a bathroom vanity, matching wall cabinets, floor tile, and two decorative chairs. All arrived well-packaged and because of their size, I had to pick them up in several separate trips to the store. George very patiently helped me to open the boxes and remove enough of the packaging to check that the merchandise was not damaged, and just to make sure I liked what I had ordered. It's not always easy to tell what a product really looks like and what it's quality really is when you order online, so being able to inspect it first before loading it into the car was invaluable to me. Everything looked great, and the staff actually seemed to care about my experience at Home Depot. Thanks to their assistance, I got a heavy and fragile bathroom vanity with a marble top and ceramic vessel sink safely into the trunk of my car. Now it is safely in my bathroom and looks beautiful! To top all that, I had ordered it when this particular vanity was on sale and got it for a great price.

Easy parking and convenient location. A quick in and out.

Getting there is easy for elder people. You will certainly find what you need or better. This company is the very best and parking is perfect. Home Depot is organized, less costly than small hardware stores, and they have everything.

Staff is always helpful. If they don't know the answer to a question, they don't hesitate to ask a fellow staff member for the answer. Store is in clean condition and well stocked, rarely do I not find what I'm looking for.

Warren in the widow/door area was great to work with.

All of the employees at this location seem pretty miserable. I go here pretty frequently, and every time I ask a staff member for help I feel like I'm a burden to them. I normally don't do this. For me to actually write a poor review it should say something of how I am an extremely unhappy customer.

THE MEN WORKING ON THE FLOOR WILL NOT WAIT OR ASK A WOMAN IF SHE NEEDS HELP. THIS IS AN EVERY DAY OCCURRENCE!! THEY EITHER STOP SHORT IN THEIR TRACKS AND REVERSE DIRECTION, SUDDENLY INSPECT THE SHELVES OR FLOOR OR JUST AVOID EYE CONTACT ALL TOGETHER. THIS HAPPENS EVERY TIME I GO TO THE WALTHAM STORE. I PERSONALLY AM SICK TO DEATH OF THESE MEN! THE WOMEN WILL USUALLY ASK IF WE NEED HELP, BUT NEVER A MAN IN WALTHAM. I HAVE BROUGHT THIS UP TO THE SVC DESK LADY, BUT SHE DOESN'T SEE IT NATURALLY. SHE'S AN EMPLOYEE, THEY WOULDN'T SHUN HER! THINGS HAVE TO CHANGE THERE. WOMEN ARE HERE TO STAY AND HAVE A RIGHT TO GO INTO A HOME IMPROVEMENT STORE AND BUY A PIECE OF WOOD OR SOMETHING MANLY! WE'RE NOT ALL INTERESTED IN A CURTAIN ROD, ETC.!!! STAY CLEAR UNTIL THINGS CHANGE THERE!!!

We came to the Waltham store after a bad experience in Watertown. If you need blinds Jane is your go to person in Waltham. She is knowledgeable and so helpful. We would have been lost without her. We will be solely visiting the Waltham store now because of her.

They stock more than Watertown.

We were up in the Waltham area which is a distance from our home, but decided to stop by just to check on prices of new washers and dryers. The prices were very good and an extra 10% was being offered that day. The sales associate, Mr. Gallagher was helpful and and professional and we bought the units on the spot and are having them delivered to RI for a vacation home and trust that will go smoothly. Also stopped by for info at the kitchen and bath depts. to gather info about arranging a future renovation of kitchen and bath at our vacation home and an associate was very helpful with preliminary info. though we hav to go to a RI store if we go ahaead with the renovations. Would recommend this store!

you have wonderful employees. My only concern as an electrician is that I often find that your product shelves are empty and I cant purchase what I need even though you have many in the store.....Thank you
