Clean shop, friendly associates, products available. Great shopping!

Some products are in aisles that do not make that much sense. The first associate I asked where I could find pen/pocket flashlights and safety glasses directed me to aisle 12. Safety glasses could not be found in aisle 12. After asking another associate she directed me to aisle 10- the correct aisle. Had a feeling I should have used the app to find the items, but I like to interact with people.

waited 20 minutes to get pellets loaded in my truck before approaching a sales associate who then got a hold of a service associate who advised me that she heard them calling for assistance but thought it was, "just someone needing help loading their vehicle". Either way she did not address either problem in a timely fashion. And after another 20 minutes a gentleman finally came out with a fork lift and loaded the pellets in my truck. Completely rude, lazy, and unacceptable.

The store was easy to enter and locate what I wanted, an the return was very quick. The return staff was very helpful and friendly.

The attendants were extremely friendly and willing to help each customer who came into the store. Drew went the extra mile to explain all of the great features offered through your Home Depot Pro program. He even helped me create my account. Very nice service indeed! Thank you.

In general, seasonal merchandise is not in stock. This summer ... I find that the Wappingers store is constantly out of supplies needed to patch, fill and seal my driveway. They keep running out of stock.

i anticipated a long and difficult shopping experience as I was not knowledgeable about what was available and how to use the items I needed. Chris offered to help me and turned the whole experience into fun as he educated me, gave me demonstrations and made me feel good about what I was buying and how I would use it all with a friendly,competent and professional manner.

I commend the associate who went the extra mile to research a product and found it was on order allowing me to make a reasoned decision. I also had a top notch cashier with a pleasant, helpful approach to your customers. My experience with the staff at this Home Depot location changed my mind about which Home Depot to visit. Quite some time ago, I was treated so poorly at this particular Home Depot on several occasions that I decided to use the Home Depot north of me (and out of the way). As of today, the Wappingers Falls Home Depot is my #1 choice around here. "Well done" to the staff and the management. I don't spend much at Home Depot, but every little bit helps for a store's bottom line.

When entering the store you immediately can find anything you need because the store signs are so accurate. I have shopped in Home Depot for many years and I am always pleased with my purchases. The customer service is outstanding!

I needed a product to help cover some chips in my laminate flooring. An associate at Home Depot directed me to a Pergo product. It was just what I needed and actually cost me one penny (yes, that's $.01)!!!

The Home Depot in Wappingers Falls is great. Easy to find what your looking for. Clean and clear isles. The staff in every department are very helpful and curtious.

My husband and I went to this Home Depot recently to buy paint for our new home. The paint associate was a younger woman, and was so helpful, patient, kind, and knowledgeable with all of our questions. I was so happy that we were able to work with her, as these kinds of decisions can sometimes be overwhelming. :)

I find that this store has the most helpful, knowledgeable staff.

A huge thank you to department manager, Jonathan Lynch! My parents' mailbox got smashed a couple of days ago and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Installing a new mailbox and post was much more complicated and work-intensive than I thought so I was a bit overwhelmed, until Jonathan asked if he could help me. I recommend this store highly! Amazing customer service--above and beyond!
