I usually have a list of items i need to get, and for the most part are able to fulfill my list. If i can't locate any, associates are friendly and helpful to tell me where the item(s) should be.

I know it might sound ridiculous to give any store such high marks, and maybe the after-holiday period when most people are home recovering had a lot to do with it, but our recent visit was so pleasant that I was inspired to write a review to give the associates here due praise. They were pleasant and very helpful; we found what we were looking for where we were told it would be and it was all in good time. Not to mention courteous and friendly! Keep up the good work, folks.

There are large aisle signs for different kinds of merchandise which are easy to read but the aisle numbers are not as well observed. I think that larger digits with orange border outlines for aisle numbers would make aisles more readily recognized and a big floor sign stand at entrances would be helpful since some people in a rush would be better served to locate itemsthat they want to buy.

Store was clean but sometimes some customers make a mess and it makes the aisles not to be clear.

The associates in this store are always very helpful in any home project I try to tackle. They give advice and at times instructions on how to do it. Product selection is great and stock is always available . This is always the first place I go when in need and I never have to go anywhere else.

I was pleasantly surprised to find readily available a store associate willing to assist me in locating the various items I needed from two different departments. It is not uncommon to hear an associate say "That is not my department" So I was relived to hear the store associate say that he could assist me in looking for the other item I was purchasing at the other end of the store !!!

the store was absolutely clean,and the associates were extremely attentive,and even gave me a bottle of water.

We always shop here for home supplies. Home Depot is the only place to shop for appliances and a 5 year affordable warranty.

I always have a great experience at this Home Depot Store because no matter what I have to do or what I am looking for, there's always someone there that is willing to help me. And they don't seem to mind. This store is my favorite!

I purchased a light globe and curtain rods on my visit to home depot. I first approached a gentleman and asked him if he has a ruler so I could measure the fit. He knew by looking it as 3 1/2 and I needed 4. He walked me back over and found the right size. Next I went to look for a curtain rod. I needed three and there were only two left. I approached Karen and asked if there were more. She scanned the bar code and said they were on that days shipment. She looked at what was being unpacked and it was not there. They she said she would look further and came back with a full box. At the checkout my cashier noticed the light fixture was dusty and proceeded to clean it before packing it for me. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful. This was a great trip to the store.

girl working in hardware always helps me and in any dept. She is very knowledgeable and never seems to mind helping me, unlike a couple of associates. pro desk is also extremely friendly and helpful! i enjoy coming to this home depot. I am there almost twice a day!

Every time I go into the Wappingers Home Depot the cashiers are friendly and helpful. This week I experienced first hand why, the cashier manager, Michelle, went out of her way to help me in the hardware department. She stayed with me the whole time and made sure I found what I needed. It's obvious she leads by example and made me feel like I was the only customer in the store.

i WAS LOOKING FOR HOLIDAY ITEMS AND FOUND THEM WIT EASE. THE ONLY THING YOU DID NOT HAVE WAS led WHITE LIGHTS IN SOFT WHITE..

We were pleasantly surprised to walk into the store and immediately be approached by a salesperson who went out of his way to explain the product in which we were interested. When we went into the next area to look for an item, we experienced the same thing.

I use Home Depot quite often. I putter around the house a lot since I retired and I almost always find what I need there. Whats Not to Like!

Walked into home depot with a lighting problem, found John in the department he was so helpful, he actually made my day. I went to actually tell the manager about my experience to find out that John was having a terrible day. Hope john's day turned out better. His knowledge and friendliness were unreal. Great guy.

had to have four peices of plywood recut was rebuilding two shed doors which are vinyl sided asked for four peices cut 72 inches by 313/8 was given four peices 72 by 313/16 had to go back to store manager insisted that the saw never cuts perfect well it cut four perfect pieces only not the size I had asked for when he recut he insisted that I had to live with whatever the saw cut and that the saw is never perfect.Then the saw should be calibrated or adjusted correctly after an initial cut although my wood was recut I had to measure each piece to verify my measurements the store associate who said that those were the measurements I gave him should have checked the first cut and then adjusted that saw if the saw is off 1/16 or even 1/8 I would agree but not 3/16 which amounted to a 3/8 difference the doors would have had a opening between them when closed big waste of my time going back and reloading wood.

Never had a problem in all the years I Have been going to the store..All the employees I met have always been very kind, pleasant, helpful and curtious. Thanks for a great store .

I found what I need very easy, store was clean, depending on the day its easier to find an associate to help. But overall I will be back.

Found someone to help me find where the dryer vent hoses were and she knew exactly where they were. She was knowledgable about the products as well.
