After waiting weeks for a carpet installation, the HD contractor called the morning of and canceled and presently can not tell us when we are rescheduled. This is due, we were told by one employee calling in. We asked to be scheduled for the next day and were told people that were scheduled after us were going to have their appointments honored even though our installation job was scheduled ahead of theirs. Home Depot does not assist in anyway with a resolutions between themselves, the HD contractor and customers. I do not recommend HD 3rd party installations. Currently no one form Home Depot can give us an installation date. This has cost us valuable time and money with delays to our renovation projects.

Poor customer service , help is just not interested in customer service.

This Wareham Home Depot is always clean. The staff go above and beyond to meet your needs. They always seem to have what I need in stock. I drive other box stores just to shop this Home Depot.

Everything was a good experience. One thing I would recommend though: When closing, there should be a supervisor available for last minute decisions etc...

Poor customer service. Not enough knowledgeable employees on a Saturday night at 8:00 PM , was asked to come back the next day to make my 300.00 purchase . The cashier " Nicole " was able to turn my experience around, and after making a few phone calls she had an employee helping me get the item I wanted. THANK YOU NICOLE.

I consistently receive excellent customer service from this branch. The employees are strong ambassadors for the Home Depot brand. Store is clean, staff is always looking to help a customer.

I was down from New Hampshire and I needed to get a special part I need a special connector in an associate asked me if I needed help cuz I must have looked confused and Shakes plane to me where to go to get the pot even though it wasn't her Department I believe she was an appliances great customer service

Store is always neat & clean. There were plenty of friendly employees around if you needed assistance. I usually see multiple like items in stock. I like this location for multiple reasons but those the reasons that help you shop easier.

I had great service from the Customer Service Department. My needs were listened to, this person was polite, kind and got me help right Away. The gentleman in the Lighting Department helped me purchase six fire alarms , he was not sure if adapters were needed but told me if not I could return them. I was greeted and acknowledge through out the store.

This was my first visit to this particular Home Depot. On three different occasions I was impressed. An associate help me find what I needed - then he saw me several minutes later and asked if I had found what I want. Later, I was struggling to put an awkward item in my cart and TWO associates did it for me. Finally, in the parking lot as I was happily walking to my car, another associated asked if I needed help loading my car. All of these situations could be that I'm "slightly beyond middle age", but I'm sure it's more that the staff has been well trained in customer assistance!

Great Staff Members, Great Deive from Mashpee to find this store, my expectations were high. Right away, isles were empty of help. Not a good sign, unless you do not need anyone. Today I was for a kitchen faucet & stove coils, etc, out of my relm, needed help. Thank you Daniel, self ‘explained’, not his typical area, but willing to help. He was more than ‘willing to help’. He did exactly what I needed; between the two of us, we were able to rumage through the vast variety of available kitchen faucets to characteristics I needed to fit my physical limitations, aka special requirements and monetary limitation. He stayed with me, onto the stove pans and coils; far less options, not as ‘easy’. We fumbled around, decided they were not packaged ‘user friendly’. Once home I learned, we struck out 100% however, Daniels relentless efforts, one-on-one attention, complete professionalism in honestly sharing his inexperience in the area right from the start, along with his ability to focus on my multiple needs, while allowing intermittent customers to interject questions every now and again (I’d mentioned I expected & felt he ought to ‘take inquiries he might be get, while working with me. -Understanding how time consuming I was being, I was not insulted.) If there were an option to have a 1-1 store assistant, even if a shopper had to set up an appointment to do so, potentially- but not ideally (obviously) even at a REASONABLE cost.... Truly I believe many people would jump on board. I do small home improvement jobs and I would benefit from that type of service- imagine how many people would, that may have even less knowledge than I do.... Daniel, go Daniel, 100 % one of the best people to have assisted me at a Home Depot in many many years. (I have had some genuinely helpful people - even the gentlemam in your parking lot. He made clear that I was comfortable on how to get home. I could actually sense his honest feelings of concern, that I made it home safely. These types of customer service bring back the .general public’. Nice nice guy!) (The effort is what made it so awesome, the coils and stove pans so not fitting but had no impact on how wonderful I felt leaving your Home Depot store, it did not erase that you gave 100 and deserve a 100 score!
