I shopped all around and only could find the Ondura Roofing panels that I wanted at our local Home Depot. The staff there is always friendly and ready to help you fine whatever you need.

5 STARS and more if I could to Kathrina!, she served the perfect 5 STAR EMPLOYEE top notch, high quality customer service! She deserves a raise or a management position! I walked in and wanted to buy a Cub Cadet riding lawn mower. I wasn't exactly sure which department to head to, so I took a stab at the Lawn and Garden area. Upon making my way there from inside the store, I came across Kathrina doing her work, and I asked her who should I see about buying a tractor. She said that would be me, she walked me to the back to see the one I wanted, explained that she might be able to get me the free financing for 12 months and we headed back the register, she placed the order and answered every question I had. She had the complete knowledge to do her job. She called customer service for the credit card to get me the free financing and boom! Thank you! I got myself my BRAND NEW sexy tractor coming on the 30th. Thank you! Give that girl a #raise

I’m temporarily visiting from Florida after being displaced by a hurricane. I received the upmost compassion and service and respect from the employees especially Jessica and Noah in Apliances. Thank you very much for listening to this old girl cry and helping her to get a couple of the appliances that she needed.

Home Depot is well organized and helps save time in locating a product. Just follow the signs or ask a store member if you do have any problems. Lots of great stuff! Addicting to home owners.

Over thirty years of shopping at this store. Paint, washer and dryer, water heater, wood, shingles, doors, mowers, electrical products, plumbing products, and numerous other items.

I left the macon store due to waiting obverse 20 minutes for someone to get something off the top shelf. Contemplated just not shopping at Home Depot anymore, but decided to give the store in Warner Robins a try. They went above and beyond my expectations! Very courteous, honest, and helpful!

I love going to Home Depot but when I check out I want a live person to check me out not a machine.

I went to buy a number of different products and in every department I was greeted by an employee and offered help. Not many stores can say the same.

Conveniently located in most of the time they have the item so I want I like the self check out

We had a freezer full of meat that was going to ruin if we didn't get a new freezer the day we went to The Home Depot on Watson Blvd. One of the employees did not want to sell us the freezer on display and it was going to be 4 days before we could get one delivered. After explaining our situation to the store manager, we were so happy to be able to purchase our freezer that night!

All of the employees we encountered were great. Prior to our visit I tried to call in 6 times and was hung up on by your phone system.

I was going to drive 1o Atlanta to purchase appliances at Brandsmart. After Interacting with Jasmine. I was shown several options in different price ranges. Her patience and knowledge of products made my decision easy. Thanks to her efficiency I saved time and didn't have to drive that distance.

I had questions that no one could answer. I was charged for labor on a standard pattern not a special pattern and no one could tell me why.

Noah in flooring was so amazing! He could tell that I was LOST & he asked if I needed help. He was literally with me for the next hour (maybe longer) helping me pick out my flooring & answering my questions. Then, he helped me pick out my kitchen appliances! If it were not for him, I probably would have left in tears because it’s all so overwhelming. So, thank you Noah!

When I order the doors at Home Depot nobody bothered to tell me they come with the old version door springs The picture shows the middle of the spring that I thought was a torsion spring very disappointed when I got the old fashioned Springs. Only cost me $61 for the upgrade per door and now it’s gonna come cost me $250

When I walked into the appliance department to look at microwaves, a sales associate immediately asked if he could help me. He answered all my questions and I purchased a microwave as per his recommendation.

I have been in and out of Home Depot due to renovating my home. Home Depot has become my favorite shopping spot! All the employees have been very helpful from subfloor material/drywall, insulation, paneling, appliances to paint selection. I enjoy using the online shopping, curbside, and home delivery. The prices are very reasonable. I saved 15% on LVP by shopping online (5%) during my birthday month (10%). Any amount of saving is helpful during a renovation.

We went to purchase a washer and dryer for the first time ever. We spoke to Noah the first time around and he gave us a quote for both appliances as well as delivery and install. We took our time to decide and went back a few days later. Noah was able to continue the quote and we placed an order. The delivery was shortly after. Tiren and Cordarius Came to do the delivery and install they were quick and clean with their work. Overall, all three of these men were helpful.

I had order an order for pick up and by mistake I put for a curbside pick up instead of in store pick up. On my way to pick up my order I realized they sent me a text saying it will be ready for pick up tomorrow. Once I arrived to the store Kim really friendly verified that my order for ready and was able to pick it up with no issues.

Amy, store manager was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. The employees at this store treat it as their career. The store is very clean, well-stocked, and efficient. I go out of my way to use this store for projects.
