I have always had good service, but today was like a slap in the face. I asked for the veteran discount and was told by manager (Matt) that Home Depot don’t reconize all veterans. Active, retired and dissabled only got discount. All other veterans didn’t count. why don’t you “Home Depot” just come out and say we don’t treat all the same. The cashier and manager were both very nice and respectful.Staff was great but Home Depot policies suck.

The customer service exceeded our expectations. Employees were knowledgeable and very helpful, from the plumbing and paint departments to check out and customer service. Most notable employee was Nikki in the paint department. Her exceptional knowledge was able to discern the reason for our paint issue. She made every effort to make sure we were satisfied with the final product. We will definitely make the drive whenever we have home improvement needs.

Something has happened to this store since my previous visits. The employees, ie: cashiers, managers, helpers, all seem to care more for the customer. Whatever they've done to change things, I hope they keep it up. My experiences of shopping and dealing closely with the staff was extremely pleasant. Good work.

Cashiers do a great job of helping without having to call a manager. However -2 stars for not enough help on the sales floor. That's part for the course in retail these days so that is the reason for the average rating.

Big and carry lots of stuff just don't plan to get in and out quick unless you know where to find what you want.

We are working on a rock garden we found everything we needed even though its not the season the store was clean the staff helpful without being pushy thanks to the employees for their help and to the management for keeping what people need in stock.

This store is pretty well located within a short driving and the employees, who are not hard to locate, are always neat, helpful, and very friendly all f the time.

Very positive visit! Unlike some other stores, I was approached by 2 sales associates and asked if I needed help. They got my $2000.00 plus!

This store is fine for basic items. It is not convenient to Perry, a rapidly growing area. They need to stock more women's size items . EX: painting clothes, WORK gloves, (not gardening).

Love the store, it's always clean and very well stocked. When I need assistance I generally don't have much trouble finding someone to help me. Last visit interacted with 2 different employees and they were both very helpful and very friendly.

I can always count on this Home Depot to go above and beyond to help me meet the needs of my students! Whether I'm building an activity table for my students to use, or buying Christmas lights to cut apart for hands-on electrical experience, they help me find what I need at the best price!

The store is always clean and the associates are always courteous and helpful. They tend to keep their stock numbers up to date, which is a relief. Looking on the Home Depot App or website and seeing an item in stock, only to get to the store and find out that it is in fact out of stock can be annoying. I've had nothing but great experiences while shopping here. From the smiling friendly faces, to the engaging and helpful attitudes it makes for a great customer experience. Overall, it is my favorite store to go to for home improvement, especially over the "other guy".

I placed an online order and when I got there the store was very busy but the staff at the customer service desk went above and beyond to make sure that I was waited on and satisfied. The staff I interacted with were very good. Exceptional customer service skills.

I love this store, when you are in need of an associate they are quick to respond. You do not have to walk around the store looking for one to help you they are usually very close.
